First of all, in the spirit of full-disclosure, I'm a skeptic of anything and everything associated with the car business. They have earned their reputation. Over the years, I've purchased vehicles fro skeptic of anything and everything associated with the car business. They have earned their reputation. Over the years, I've purchased vehicles from probably a dozen different dealerships and always viewed the salesperson/GM/Fleet Mgr etc. as the "enemy". My goal was to be sure I came away with the deal that "least ripped me off". Sound familiar? Cabe Toyota is different....Really!!....Our buying experience was nothing short of outstanding. Customer service is a term all businesses use but few businesses practice. Cabe Toyota epitomizes great customer service. It is observable and tangible and woven into their culture. My Dad had an auto repair business, I work in customer service, and it is refreshing to find a business that truly cares about serving their customers. Also, you cannot have great customer service without having great integrity. My wife and son visited the dealership first, and this was a strategic decision to see how they would be treated without the bulldog (me) present. Rod Whitfield could not have been any nicer to them. We did purchase a used Scion XB at a great price (even by my frugal standards). I give Cabe Toyota my highest recommendation. We will be back! After having been to Carson and Glendale Toyotas, I was about to give up on getting a Prius because the salespeople were horrible. When I got to Cabe, I was greeted by Jorge Briones and I told him about the situation at hand. We wanted the Prius at the price they quoted, and he didn't give me any hassle. In fact, when we were thinking about adding different options, they were more than willing to bend over backwards to try and help us out. Overall, Cabe Toyota did a great job and I would highly recommend them for anyone interested in getting a new Toyota. More

I just bought a new Tacoma from Cabe Toyota. Some dealerships had a large number of sales people standing in front like intimidating sharks. I liked the no pressure sales people at Cabe. The dealership is very no frills. Nothing fancy, no fancy coffee machines or prime high traffic real estate location, but I think that you get that saving back in the vehicle price. More
