We negotiated the price of my new car and my trade in over the phone and e-mail (by the way, her price was completely unmatched by any other dealer in LA, it was a great price!) When I got there, the car was there in perfect condition and there was no attempt to renegotiate price on anything. The car was mine and I was driving away within an hour. It was almost unbelievable how easy the experience was, I am still baffled. Thank you Cabe for making car-buying an enjoyable experience rather than a stressful one, and thank you Oni for being so great through the whole process. If you go there, definitely ask for Oni! More

He gave me factual data to help me make an informed decision, no "fluffy talk". He was very accommodating to both my wife and me, even staying late to make sure our needs were met. He was honest about the value of our trade-in and I got no nasty surprises, only pleasant surprises. Charlie maintained a friendly attitude right to the end; even though the hour was late he was kind, considerate, and (best of all) patient. His attitude, honesty and tactfulness in bringing up the subject of my credit helped me feel at ease in being straight forward with him. When I told him my credit score was so-so at best, he was encouraging and still helped me get a great car at a great price. Thank you Charlie Ellison and thank you Cabe Toyota. More

I had cash in hand and ready to buy. I had contacted with Meghan on the phone and we had communicated about a Scion TC. She had all the information about my trade-in car. Meghan was not in, so Ron told me on Meghan on the phone and we had communicated about a Scion TC. She had all the information about my trade-in car. Meghan was not in, so Ron told me on the phone that we could do the deal with the price and options I wanted and that he had the car. "It was not a problem at all." I came to the dealership at 10:25 AM. The car Ron said he had was not in the dealership. "It is in the port." He said it was out of his hand and "the car could be here later today or in a week." You have got to be kidding. I suppose that's his definition of "having the car." It took them 50 minutes to "look" at my trade in car. And they wanted $1600 more for the deal that Ron said "it is no problem." What a waste of time. This dealership is obnoxious. Avoid these guys. More
