His attitude, honesty and tactfulness in bringing up the subject of my credit helped me feel at ease in being straight forward with him. I had cash in hand and ready to buy. I had contacted with Meghan on the phone and we had communicated about a Scion TC. She had all the information about my trade-in car. Meghan was not in, so Ron told me on Meghan on the phone and we had communicated about a Scion TC. She had all the information about my trade-in car. Meghan was not in, so Ron told me on the phone that we could do the deal with the price and options I wanted and that he had the car. "It was not a problem at all." I came to the dealership at 10:25 AM. The car Ron said he had was not in the dealership. "It is in the port." He said it was out of his hand and "the car could be here later today or in a week." You have got to be kidding. I suppose that's his definition of "having the car." It took them 50 minutes to "look" at my trade in car. And they wanted $1600 more for the deal that Ron said "it is no problem." What a waste of time. This dealership is obnoxious. Avoid these guys. More
