On my first trip to CABE July 24, I worked with Oni Johnson who is a lovely, personable sales employee and a perfect person to entice me to come back for a second look (I ran out of time). The next visit was July 30 and I had definitely decided to buy a Toyota, just not sure which one. Charlie Ellison patiently accompanied me on three separate test drives so that I could test (on the freeway) the Scion, Prius and Matrix. That evening I made my decision and the next day Charlie very patiently and thoroughly identified the differences between buying new or used, and then differences between the Prius II, III, IV and V. Again, I wanted to examine how the GPS worked. Shawn Dabirnia, the Sales Manager was respectful, smart and again, answered my questions directly. When the car was ready, Charlie "inserviced" me on many items and sent me off in a blaze of glory -- well, a blaze of Prius. I drove my new car home on July 31 and left the car that I had driven to CABE at the dealers overnight. And, to top it off, Charlie gave me a ride this morning from my house to CABE to pick up my car -- saving me a $30 cab ride. Thank you CABE for the great service. More
