I had been in the market for a new truck for some time (over 1 year). I nearly gave up to the decision to simply continue driving my aging vehicle until the wheels would, quite literally, fall off. In a last ditch effort at the end of my wits, I finally contacted Cabe Toyota and was put into contact with salesman Joe Garcia. Joe was more than happy to respond to all my requests for options and price quotes via email - my preferred method of communication. It wasn't until all my concerns were dealt with that I finally decided to make phone contact and then, ultimately, visit the dealership. My vehicle was a special-order due to the numerous options I wanted for it. Joe kept me in loop at every step of the factory build and delivery process, always responding promptly to all my requests for status via email or telephone. Once the vehicle finally arrived, the finalization of the purchase process was completely stress-free and relaxed. Today, I am the proud owner of a brand new 2011 Tacoma truck.
