Hello, Thank you for responding. It shows that you care about your customers. However, my review was absoultely honest. As much as I loved everyone for their politeness and efficiency, I was really quoted $2000 more. The salesman pretended he did not know about the lower internet price (despite my mentioning about website at the very beginning). It could have been a genuine mistake; or they sugar mouthed me and tried to charge extra. How would someone outsider know that, honestly? Next time you want a rave-only review, please make sure your people know the correct price. Otherwise, as far the current review is concerned, a half truth would be a whole lie. Thanks

I assume you feel Charlie knew the price was changed otherwise you would not penalize our Dealership. We have not had a used car Manager since November and since I update the pricing myself I can honestly tell you our internal communication on pricing was very poor for a time. I do not believe Charlie intended to charge you anything other than our asking price and if you mentioned the website he would assume it was the same as his price list. In addition if you purchase the car recently I would wager you purchased the vehicle for below the cost we paid as we were making some frequent and dramatic cost changes due to our last used car manager. Charlie likely was not updated (my fault as I am multitasking trying to keep up) $2000+ was probable an already low price and certainly not a "Rip Off" and Charlie would not think to check for revisions otherwise. I do not know the specifics of your purchase, timing of price changes that may not have been communicated ect...I am happy to look into it further but I assure you the situation you have described is not accurate and I ask you again to reconsider your comments especially if you are not 100% sure it was not a mistake. On a side note we have since implemented a red tag system to post our internet pricing on our vehicles so situations like this do not occur. If you visit our store again you will see the system we started a few weeks ago. Lastly I would like you to contact me if you would on another subject. thx -Dan 714 476-3609

Hi Dan, Put yourself in my shoes first. You visit a dealership and someone tries to charge a higher price. What do you think? It is either a mistake or a rip-off attempt...right. So my review was an honest one. However, things have changed after that. You came up with a detailed response outlining your pricing practices. I think it is incredible that you would care so much about your customers. Very few people would go such lengths to make things right. Now you truly deserve a rave review. I will change my review and put 5 stars in all categories. Dealing with you was indeed a great experience and I will make sure to spread the word among people I know.
