It was a new 2015 and had large discoun A few weeks ago I had been browsing new cars online and came across one at Hendricks that I was interested in. It was a new 2015 and had large discounts on it of 30%. I went on Hendricks website and did live chat, and they said they would have someone call me. They never called me. The next day on my break, I contacted them again, however the price of the car increased my almost $5000.00. I got a response back from a sales lady Lisa Scott asking me to come down to the dealership (78 miles from where I live) and I could test drive and they would appraise my trade in. I responded back asking about the price and how the advertised price was $5000 less when I had first contacted them and nobody called me back. She told me that sell ended the day before and the price was higher now, but the old price was still displayed on the website photos. The next day I requested a sales manager to contact me. Manndy Knapp (sales manager) stated the sales lady Lisa Scott told her about the situation and if I would come down, I could test drive the car and if I liked it they would work with me on the price. She asked what time I would be there so she could let the sales lady know so I responded. I drove down there, and that Manndy was not there, the car I inquired about was not there on the lot, and Lisa, with whom I had emailed would not work with me, said she didn't know I was coming. A guy then came to talk to me, said that the online price I first saw was a mistake and they fired the outside vendor that day who handles there website (which I didn't believe for one moment) and they would not adjust the price of the car any lower. I asked to test drive it. I sat there for a good 40 min and he never got the car for me to test drive. He came back with a sheet on what they would give me for my trade. Which wasn't even the poor vehicle condition trade value average. Also on top of the already $5000 increased price they added in an additional $1300 for some Appearance package he said they put on all of the new cars.. He wasn't willing to adjust my trade value on my car or even bring the car from the warehouse for me to test drive. So I took my keys back and left. They will never have my business and I would recommend every customer to do your research on your trade, do your research on the vehicle you are looking at, and pay attention to the extra fees they are tacking on that are not included in the sales price. Needless to say I went to a local dealer where I live, purchased a brand new 2016 car nicer than what I was going to look at there. I was also give $3000 more for my trade than Hendricks was going to give me. They are a bait and switch car lot.. Watch Out!!!!! More
Only want money We purchased a new car from them. It took us 4.5 hours of sitting in the dealership. The salesman that had been there for 4 months did not know what We purchased a new car from them. It took us 4.5 hours of sitting in the dealership. The salesman that had been there for 4 months did not know what he was talking about. Didn't explain the car. Could not do the paperwork to complete the financing because he couldn't follow the chicken scratch of the closer. Once the closer was brought in, (didn't even say who he was) our salesman never talked to us again. We went in to pick up the title and the salesman didn't even talk to us or ask how the car was doing. They also promised us another set of headphones and they have not been in or back ordered or some other excuse. Very poor customer service. As stated in the heading they only want your money. More

After having a frustrating week searching for a new vehicle (and plenty of experience dealing with other car salesmen in the past), we made one last attempt with Hendricks. From the initial phone conversation with Mike to signing the last piece of paper with Stephanie, everyone was courteous, efficient, and considerate of our time and needs. Most importantly, they were honest and straightforward. We never felt pressured, and they worked hard to find exactly what WE wanted--rather than trying to force a sale for their benefit. After speaking over the phone, Mike wasn't available when we arrived. The staff was extremely professional in teaming us up with Dominique who did an amazing job getting us into the vehicle we were hoping for. I can't say enough good things about her patience and dedication to her customers! Phillip was the sales manager who worked our numbers (again more efficiently than most others we've encountered), and Mike followed up throughout the process which we appreciated. Stephanie made the paperwork a breeze, and we have to give a shout out to Bobby for going out of his way to be friendly. Seriously, you just can't lose with Hendricks!! More

He answered our questions and was helpful and very friendly, and we really appreciated that he let us make a decision on our own with out giving us some lame sales pitch. One of the things that impressed me the most was his willingness to go above and beyond to simplify our decision making process and make it more enjoyable. For example, when we arrived it was raining out, and he had pulled the vehicle we were interested in inside so that we could look it over with out being rained on. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars in this review was because of the amount of time we had to wait in order to finalize our paperwork the next day. Fortunately, Mike was there to entertain us while we were waiting. The guy that helped us through the paperwork was very friendly too, however, I cannot remember his name. More

Then I found the Buick Regal GS Turbo AWD at Hendrick Buick GMC in KC KS. Mike Deskins contacted me regarding the car of my dreams. He took me on an amazing test drive and it was really fun. I found out what the car could do and how much improved the ride/handling and experience was compared to my Mazda. All along the way, he was there to ensure I had a top notch experience. He made the transition to Buick an easy one, which was really important to me. Well, it turns out that I loved the car but was worried about the price. That's where he really made a difference. I was able to get my dream car at with an affordable monthly payment. He was fair, honest and professional throughout the transaction. Anthony Harris also helped when I came in to make a final deal. I felt like I could immediately trust Anthony. He and Mike actually made this experience fun rather than stressful. Anthony was kind enough to help me through the paperwork and make me feel at ease and completely thrilled with my new car. I turned over my 2014 Mazda 6 to the dealership and was able to drive the Buick Regal GS home the same day. Mike and Anthony truly went the extra mile for me, and I know that either associate would do the same for you. Hendrick Buick GMC is by far the finest dealership I have worked with and I would recommend them to any friend or family member. Mike really made this work for me. Along with Anthony, the buying experience was fun, easy, exciting, and enjoyable. Both of these gentlemen are fine to work with and will put you, the customer first, as they did with me.
