I am still waiting a week for 3 paint spots to get fixed, because they are visible chips on the front of the car. Beth did a great job at listening to what it was I was looking for and finding it for me. The vehicle was not on her lot but she found it on another Cable Dahmer lot and picked it up and had it all ready looking for and finding it for me. My experience started with my intention to purchase a used 2011 Silverado I had seen at the dealership. Mike Hooper and I spoke and he persuaded me to let him quote a new Silverado. I told him that there was no way he could get close to what I could buy the used truck for, but I would at least listen. Be careful what you say, because lo and behold he worked with Dalton Tubbs and they got so close on a truck EXACTLY like I wanted that I could not turn them down. Then Mike worked with Mike Kline and the Service and Parts departments to get the truck equipped wth some "killer" Chevy optional wheels, and arranged to have the bed lined and windows tinted. I could not be happier! Every time I drive this truck, folks want to know where I got it and they comment on how sharp it looks.I am proud to let them know that it came from Cable-Dahmer, and I would recommend they go there too. The day we came to close on the vehicle, Marty Dahmer saw me in the lobby and congratualted me and Thanked me for the purchase. He is a genuine "Car Guy" and is sincere with his enthusiasm for the customer and the deal. I have been in a couple of times afterward for routine service, and I have to say that no one could do it better. The Service Department jumps when you pull in the bay. Mike Kline arranges to get me a loaner vehicle and he keeps me posted on the progress of the service call. This is CUSTOMER SERVICE defined. I even had my wife's GMC Envoy serviced there and Mike Kline asked her when we were in later if everything was going good with her car. I have been contacted several times since the purchase by Mike Hooper, Salesman. He was just checking to make sure eerything was going well and I am happy with the vehicle. True Customer Follow through. I have been in Sales all of my career (47 years) and have been Director of Sales over as many as 200 Sales folks. I had a great Team, but I must say that the Team at Cable-Dahmer is clicking on all cylinders. I know what Great Customer Service looks like and this is IT! I don't buy new vehicles on any given regular basis, but when I do next, you can be assured that Cable-Dahmer wll be the first place I go to look for my next vehicle. General Motors and Chevrolet can be proud that the "Chevrolet" sign is in fromt of this building because in my opinion this is a "World Class Dealership", and all of the employees act as such. When Mom wanted the family to get a new Chevrolet Tahoe, her wish list was in this order. 1). a pleasant experience, 2). a quality dealer, 3). 0% financing, 4.) the right vehicle, and 5.) the right price. her wish list was in this order. 1). a pleasant experience, 2). a quality dealer, 3). 0% financing, 4.) the right vehicle, and 5.) the right price. So, we went over to Cable Dahmer, through the front door and came upon Mr. Jeff Cox (Sales Professional). Jeff and our family went to his office, where we talked openly about our expectations. We had narrowed things down to a new Tahoe, Silver with Ebony interior and with rear bucket seats. It turned out that they had a 2013 in stock or we could order a 2014. Jeff listened carefully and we had a short negotiation without any pressure tactics. It was just like talking to your neighbor. Mom got everything on her list and we are delighted with our new 2013. Boy did we have fun buying from Cable Dahmer! Mom says we should mention that Michael in finance was extraordinary at the paperwork and that Bob helped us with the banker. And one more thing, after the sale... Jeff Cox sent our old Tahoe over to his buyer and got us an offer for more than we imagined. Upon my initial visit Bill welcomed me and asked what I was looking for. I already viewed their used lot and did not find exactly what I wanted. My demands are high, that is a fact. However; I was also willing to wait and checked in to see progress on my vehicle search, he never tried to sell me something I did not like. It took him about two weeks and he found me the vehicle I truly wanted... with lower miles, better interior and in my price range. Since then, my husband and I have purchased two more vehicles from him. I like this new buying style and feel very confident in sending all my family and friends to him. Thank you so much Bill! More
