MALICIOUS INTENT FROM DEALERS. We checked the price on a vehicle that dropped over 2 weeks. Price was 4,700 online the day before visiting and for weeks before. When we arrived, we We checked the price on a vehicle that dropped over 2 weeks. Price was 4,700 online the day before visiting and for weeks before. When we arrived, we told them that we found the vehicle on the lot. Chris went to talk to sales and the “computer glitched” and jacked the price up to 23,000, right after having low prices for 2 weeks. Noah came out to talk to us and treated us very poorly, lying to our face about the price then telling us that they were having issues, if you’re going to scam people at least admit when you’re caught. couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Mr. Surey. Within just a few weeks of taking over, he resolved issues that had been left unresolved by the previous management for far too long. He w Mr. Surey. Within just a few weeks of taking over, he resolved issues that had been left unresolved by the previous management for far too long. He was incredibly patient, understanding, and worked tirelessly to address every concern I had. Unlike the former team, Mr. Surey went above and beyond without ever showing frustration. It’s a huge relief to have someone so capable and dedicated running this dealership—I’m truly thankful he took over. More

Unprofessional, Unethical, and Rude - based on other reviews this seems to be a pattern. Vehicle scheduled for service, 3 days at dealership with no repairs completed. Communication was a random text, no phone calls from the service department. Front end noise miss diagnosed, wheel fell of vehicle a couple of weeks later. Dustin was very dismissive and did nothing but try to justify why he was not responsible. Not one time did anyone ask if they could help or if anyone was hurt in any way. Dustin even offered to refund the diagnostic fee if I would remove my online review. More
Horrible customer service. Never kept me updated about anything. First time had me as far as getting the insurance then out of nowhere told me il not approved. Second and third time was my fault but credit improved and they still couldn't get it done. Ran my credit 10 to 20 times never called to keep me updated. They are horrible. Dont buy anything from them. More
1. Dustin Smith stated last week during test drive for transmission that the brake service would be $170. Instead it was $229 according to what Bradley Lambert stated when I got to the dealership for transmission that the brake service would be $170. Instead it was $229 according to what Bradley Lambert stated when I got to the dealership for the appt. He further stated the service would take 2-3 days! This was a shock as I had no idea I wouldn’t be getting my vehicle back the same day. Bradley then advised me he “work it in.” 2. Dustin Smith stated last week during the test drive for the transmission jerking in final gear that the diagnostic test would be about $200. Today, according to what Bradley stated on the phone, there were no codes. He didn’t state there wouldn’t be a charge. When I arrived at the dealership to retrieve my vehicle I was stunned there was no diagnostic test charge. On the invoice it states DIAGNOSTIC FEE OF $199.95 APPLIES IF MORE THAN CODES ARE PULLED. If more than what codes are pulled? Five, ten, twenty, what? 3. What is G.O.G. What am I paying for? Why are supplies listed and charged for twice on this invoice? 4. The $229 Bradley quoted was an inaccurate statement if I paid $259.95! 5. On the third (back page) there were two line items listed. A battery check which appeared to be okay. And “Rear wiper switch stuck.” My rear wiper switch is NOT stuck and never has been. I don’t understand why this is listed. Explanation? More
Kailey is a superb employee of Cable Dahmer. She provided excellent customer service on my recent visit there. Someone like her is rare today! She provided excellent customer service on my recent visit there. Someone like her is rare today! More

After the change I watched the lube tech harshly accelerate my Ram TRX multiple times back to the service pickup area. After oil change the next day I found residual oil dripping from the undercarriage and all pooled up on the skid plate of the truck. Luckily it turns out it was a mess of oil left over from the recent oil change, there was also used oil on the paint around the hood. They then did not communicate with me and drove my truck off the dealer lot to the dirty unapproved car wash down the street. When I brought up these concerns to one of the service advisors there (bald guy with black beard) he got defensive and rude and had a what do you want me to do about it attitude. More
Adam is a real people person. He remembers names, vehicles and situations. He's the best service rep I've dealt with in some time. He remembers names, vehicles and situations. He's the best service rep I've dealt with in some time. More
