Jeep come ala carte as I say so getting a used oned with all the options I wanted was basically a lottery find. He found me what I was looking for and made my decidion a hard one! They did not tell me all the details of the deal and rushed through it. Tried resolving the issues and it took over a month due to having to call several times and showing up at the dealership to not ge rushed through it. Terrible service experience. No one greeted me when I arrived at the dealership. Service advisor did not give me his contact info and was extremely difficult to get hold of. No expectations were set as to how long the repair would take or when the service advisor would get back to me next. No explanation of repairs provided was given. This has not gone well. We have had to come back to the dealership to sign more paperwork that they missed and we were told they would detail the car and fill it up with gas for the trouble but we never received any of those offers when we arrived. The deal we made with the sales rep and manager was no money down and a set price per month; they are calling us now saying we owe extra money (~$800) since they didn't do the math correctly and messed up the taxes and the sales price. The finance department has not returned my phone calls. We overpaid on the pay-off of our trade and we are yet to receive any information on that money back. More
