Took my XT4 in for service today, oil change, replace engine air filter & a "rattle" on the passenger side window/door. I can't say enough of good things about my service rep, Billie & the entire techs engine air filter & a "rattle" on the passenger side window/door. Managers tried to be little us . Didn’t show the respect for us especially on interest rates. Instead they tried to fool us by showing the payments. They were disrespecting our requests and tried bring us into their terms. This shows some in ethical business practices. Finally they came to our terms but we ended up spending lot of time unnecessarily. Also we made an appointment to see the vehicle but when we got there told us that that vehicle sold in two minutes. Everyone knows that it won’t happen in two minutes but they tried to fooled us and didn’t show the courtesy to acknowledge or accept the failure from their part. How can I recommend my friends to these type of dealership who disrespect customers and don’t consider customer deserves respect. More

I never had s problem with this dealer but this time it was s disaster. I spent $3K for service which included tires. However when I got home there was grease on both front seats., the oil indicator had no was s disaster. I spent $3K for service which included tires. However when I got home there was grease on both front seats., the oil indicator had not been returned to 100%, none of the fluids were replenished. Also, they charged me $120 to put nitrogen in my tires without asking me. And through all that they didn't even wash my car. I will be using this dealer again but I'll have to watch them more closely. Frank McLanis More

From some reason my order got canceled 2 months later, i did Not receive any notifications from the dealership or my sorry salesman Darrell after seeing how things was going I called him a lot during the process for some reason He didn't like that even though thats part of his job taking care of customers So he called me one day and was real aggressive and try to Bully me but that didn't work that made the matter worse. i actually had to call GM myself and do their job. When the vehicle actually got here They tried to overcharge me by $5000 and they try to hold the vehicle So I didn't buy it. They wanted to sell it for more Because they don't get much inventory they don't have alocations like all the busiest dealerships More
