This was my first experience with Cadillac of Bellevue and EVERYONE treats you like family.. and it's not just a put on. They really care about what your looking for and what vehicle best works from there vast inventory and if they don't have it on the lot, they will search all over the country to find a car you'll be happy with. We we're lucky enough to get Ronnie Byrd as our Sales person. He was amazing to work with. He went SO beyond anything I ever experienced before. We will DEFINITELY be a repeat customer and recommend this dealership to ALL of our friends. Even Steve (Sales Manager) was making sure we got all of our needs met AND we were happy with the deal we made. He even made a follow up call the next day to verify there were no issues or problems. There was NO pressure, no hoke sales tactics (Can't say that about "other" dealerships we had recently visited). They got the right car for the right price and gave us a very fair amount on our Trade-In. I'd would have given 6 stars.. but it wasn't an option. Great JOB Cadillac of Bellevue!! More
