On a type of purchase that’s as big as a car, I won’t even set foot on a car lot unless there’s a few months of research already under my belt. In my experience, I know more about a particular car then the salesman who is trying to sell me the car does. I don’t do this to “one-up” the sales guy, I don’t do this to try and win a spec-battle with the sales guy, and most of the time, I don’t even acknowledge that I know so much about the car I’m there to see. Thanks for reading, and I’d like the chance to explain why working with Rick Qaqish from Cadillac of Bellevue was by far the best experience I’ve ever had in my car-buying history. Six months ago, I met Rick via the online chat protocol that Cadillac of Bellevue has set up. I reached out with a simple question about something they had in stock. To my surprise, I was chatting with someone who was actually located at the dealership. I was totally expecting to be routed to a call-center of sorts; you know, some cubical-laden office somewhere on the corporate campus, with a team that specifically field’s internet requests, and responds to them. But no, Rick was on-site, and he was personally familiar with the car I was inquiring about. Rick was very knowledgeable about his inventory. Although he’s worked in auto sales for a while, he came from the real estate industry. As he explained it, real estate is very disclosure heavy and is a very important part of the way that industry conducts business. It’s clear that Rick transferred that approach to the way he conducts himself to auto sales. His transparency of his knowledge, of the process, and of what it takes to get a deal done, is a refreshing approach the auto sales experience. By proxy, Cadillac of Bellevue is a straight forward, honest dealership to do business with. The level of respect garnered, and trust built as a result of this approach is what separates this experience from all others for me. I’m sure some people reading this could say to themselves, “well this guy got duped! He fell hook, line and sinker for this car salesman. Not only did he sign a deal, but they have him fooled so well that he wrote a review on the internet in their favor! That salesman is probably laughing all the way to the bank!” I assure you, I didn’t. I was simultaneously working with 2 other dealerships, and an auto-broker. If you don’t know, an auto-broker is like a freelance car salesman. He/she has many relationships at the auto-maker level and their local wholesalers. You can typically find better deals than you can at the dealership. Not only did Rick beat all the other dealerships, but even the broker (who didn’t know Rick’s name, and had no affiliation to Cadillac of Bellevue, thus no incentive to try and get me to do business there) told me that Rick’s deal was excellent, and that she wasn’t going to be able to beat it. In my opinion, that speaks volumes to how Rick’s deal was written and it affirms the honest character Rick had been portraying the whole time. For me, the experience with Rick and Cadillac of Bellevue was hassle-free, it was pleasurable, it was pressure-less, and it was fair. I can, with 100% certainty, recommend Cadillac of Bellevue and Rick Qaqish. More

I did not purchase it in other Cadillac dealer because the salesperson seems knowing little about their car and was not interested in understanding my needs. Until I went to Cadillac of Bellevue, I found their service and customer obsession is much better. In particular, the salesperson Mark Anthony, he welcomed us in the beginning, demonstrated all the features of the car, and carefully listened questions we asked and answered all of them precisely. We were dilemma of whether we should go for XT4 or XT5. Mark has explained in detail of pros and cons between these 2 cars and we are happy that we have finally taken Mark's suggestions and have taken XT5. We found a good offer in other dealer about XT5, then Mark has relentlessly worked with their manager and finally with his help, we were able to match the offer. I am very happy to get my new car in Cadillac of Bellevue, and I am so impressed by Mark's customer service. I would recommend you to choose this dealer and talk to Mark if you need a new car. More

Mark Anthony was most successful at coaching and assisting me and taking the next step in my relationship with "Candy". He was quick to point out her smooth lines, shapely fenders, and a quick wit. Bellevue Cadillac is awesome! I recently purchased a Cadillac Escalade from Bellevue Cadillac. I began with Rick Qaqish on the internet last November. I always wanted an Escalade I recently purchased a Cadillac Escalade from Bellevue Cadillac. I began with Rick Qaqish on the internet last November. I always wanted an Escalade. Rick was patient with me and I finally purchased my dream car in February. Rick knew I had recently broke my hip and he had Escalades at the front door for me. We went on a trip a few days after our purchase. We went to Reno to get married. The check engine light came on. It was after business hours when we called the dealership. Once we got into cell phone range we saw that Rick had called us many times so did the service department and Cadillac through On Star. We were assured we were ok and continued on our trip. Once we got home we took the Escalade to the service department. We live in the San Juan Islands and were given a new Cadillac to use until we could get back to Bellevue. Once we made it to Bellevue we left smiling and got hugs from the team. We are please and will recommend Bellevue Cadillac! More

Within 24 hours he had found me something very similar at another Cadillac dealers in Utah and informed me of the details. It was an excellent find and a very fair price and I agreed to the deal, so they shipped it back to Bellevue, detailed it out, and showed it to me. I loved it and am very happy with their handling the deal and the respectful way David interacted with me. I was also grateful for the extra work they did getting it ready and providing me with a very good warranty extension.
