We recently decided that it was time to start looking at a new vehicle. The decision to go to Bellevue was based off my husband's loyalty to Howard Holt in the Service Department who has provided him excell a new vehicle. The decision to go to Bellevue was based off my husband's loyalty to Howard Holt in the Service Department who has provided him excellent service and assistance for the past several years with his other Cadillac. The car of interest- CTS5 Sport was in stock at Bellevue so we made an appointment. We originally had an appointment booked with someone else and ended up having our appointment with Ian, who I am most pleased to write this review about. There are two things that can describe the entire experience with Ian: genuine and comfortable. From first greeting throughout the entire experience Ian provided one of the best car sales experiences I have ever had. He took wonderful care of us. He went above and beyond in each area of the process and his customer service and attention to detail was exceptional. The test drive was extremely comfortable, like driving with a friend. The time that he took to listen to our needs and wants during the process of financing versus leasing, price negotation for the new vehicle and trade in for the other car was smooth. He was never once pushy about it. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with him in the wait periods from the decision to move forward with the vehicle through contract draw ups, servicing the car etc. The contract process was also very smooth and easy with Diego. Everything was explained well to us from both gentlemen and they answered any questions that arised thoughtfully. When the car was ready he took additional time to go over all of the features of the car and made sure that everything was set up to our needs. The 4 hours that we spent there did not seem as long as it was thanks to the experience that we had with Ian. I would highly recommend Ian and Cadillac of Bellevue to anyone! More
