Hands Down Best Car Buying Experience Ever!! I was extremely impressed with my experience. I called in the night before about an XT6 that I wanted right before closing. Jeff McDonald and I talked I was extremely impressed with my experience. I called in the night before about an XT6 that I wanted right before closing. Jeff McDonald and I talked briefly and reconvened in the morning on Saturday. I texted him pictures of my trade in, and all information he needed to get a bid on it. He called back within 2 hours with a very competitive offer, and offered to come down to Vancouver, WA to deliver my new XT6 and take my trade in back up to Bellevue. I filled out the credit application online, and the finance guy called me back with the terms I got approved for. I mean, WOW! What a service. This has never been offered to me before. Mark Lindwall came down and we signed the finance paperwork on my dining room table that evening. No wait, no back and forth negotiating, and no time wasted. I get to sit at home and enjoy my day while all that gets figured out in Bellevue. Highly recommended!!! More

The right amount of communication and not too much pressure I started looking for a car several months ago at several different dealerships and finally narrowed it down to a couple models of car. At Cadillac o I started looking for a car several months ago at several different dealerships and finally narrowed it down to a couple models of car. At Cadillac of Bellevue I was looking at the XT6 and had been in to look a few times and worked with the sales people there. They continued to follow up with me at a reasonable interval so that I knew when they had something new that matched what I was looking for but not so much that I felt put off by it or overly pressured. I eventually went with the XT6 at Cadillac of Bellevue and would recommend the dealership to friends. I've only been to service once so far and that was good but the sales experience was very good. It was better than previous new car buying experiences I had at BMW Seattle and BMW Bellevue over the years I've been in the Seattle area. More
