Courtney was my salesperson and she was very professional and made sure I asked all the questions I needed to before purchasing. The finance manager Chris made sure to work with my husband and I to get the best rate. The whole service department team makes sure that you have everything completed when you need servicing and will have a loaner vehicle if you need one. I had a dent in my hood after a cement truck had a piece of debris come off the back of the truck, and Charlie took care of it immediately and no charge. He was very professional and polite. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. My husband and I are "car people" and have traded a lot of vehicles in the past, after our experience with Cadillac, we will only by from Cadillac from this point on. The level of professionalism I have received was above and beyond what I expected. The vehicle was exactly what I wanted and the performance and features are well worth the trade that I made. I am really pleased with the Escalade and pleased with everyone at the dealership that assisted with my purchase. More
