Love the Cadillac Experience Just got my SRX last August and it was time for an oil change and was the first time I had my car serviced at Cadillac of Knoxville. I was greeted im Just got my SRX last August and it was time for an oil change and was the first time I had my car serviced at Cadillac of Knoxville. I was greeted immediately. While waiting for Matt to get some information from my car, I was also greeted several times in the office and asked if they could help me as well. Within an hour my car was ready and Matt went over everything with me. The Premium Care Maintenance plan is so nice and gives you a higher level of confidence. My car was shiny and clean and had a nice goody bag inside. It is little things that make the customer feel satisfied. I have worked in a customer service oriented organization for a long time and you recognize good service when you have it. Thanks so much Cadillac of Knoxville! More

White Glove Service & Customer Focus I can't say enough great things about the people at Cadillac of Knoxville. We haven't needed service often at the dealer. But my family owns a 2010 SR I can't say enough great things about the people at Cadillac of Knoxville. We haven't needed service often at the dealer. But my family owns a 2010 SRX and recently dealt with a recall issue. Leah Mohr was super-nice on the phone and scheduled us in next-day. Freddie greeted me like family upon arrival. Matthew took care of our service issue complete with a courtesy inspection. I waited in the guest center, used the free Wi-Fi, and felt like I was in my home office. Rarely have I felt more taken care of. When I got back in our Caddy, the technician left his professional card inside the speedometer just in case. Top-notch, white-glove service all around with a family touch. The bar has been set at Cadillac of Knoxville. More

We test drove two cars. The second one we took home with us for one night to see if we really wanted it and we did. So with the help of our salesman Robert Moore we went home that weekend with a brand new car! We're so excited! We'll be part of the Cadillac family from this day foward. All of the staff was so nice and friendly. So if you're going to buy a new car I highly recommend Robert Moore as your salesman! He's a good guy. More
Bought touch up paint for my catallac BOUGHT TOUCH UP PAINT FOR MY 2006 xxx catallac. Gave my vin number. To get the right color. Tryed to touch up front bumper. So in case they take down mine, please read this review here: If anyone is looking for a car right now, STAY AWAY FROM CADILLAC OF KNOXVILLE. They tried selling us a car that, according to Honda's own manufacturer web page, was part of an active recall. Due to defective airbags, people were having metal shards blown at their face from the airbag randomly deploying. We simply asked the dealer about this, and they straight out lied to our faces, ready to take money for a car that could have potentially had lethal issues. They are crooks and swindlers, nothing more to say. This is not a dis on the Cadillac brand, it is an honest review of the dealer and their shady business practices. They know we ended up going with another car from a much more honest dealer, because we never returned to pay them. They haven't even called us to ask what is going on, because they know we found out the truth and that we won't be purchasing anything they want to sell us on. Will be leaving a 1-star review everywhere I can. More
