Avoid this dealership’s service department—especially DAVID NIX. Rude, unprofessional, and clearly part of a bigger problem with poor service and bad management, as shown by other reviews. PLEASE, PLEASE DAVID NIX. Rude, unprofessional, and clearly part of a bigger problem with poor service and bad management, as shown by other reviews. PLEASE, PLEASE read this before visiting—it could save you both time and money, or at least give you a better understanding of what you should expect as a paying customer. I recently visited for an oil change and to get a check engine/fuel cap issue diagnosed. I was told I’d be charged $186 for the diagnostic, The service advisor even tried to sell me on the fee by sharing the usual sob story about how the technicians need to get paid to put food on the table for their families—fine. But I was also told that if they found the issue and could fix it, there would be no additional charges. That was a lie. After the diagnostic, I was told my car threw two codes—information I could’ve confirmed for free at AutoZone. But then, the advisor insisted that I now needed another $154 for a ‘Smoke Test’ to try and identify the actual issue. At that point, it stopped feeling like honest service and more like a sales tactic, adding unnecessary charges without providing any clear resolution. I had already agreed to pay $186 for a diagnostic(and the repair), and at that price, I expected a professional assessment that would directly address the problem, not just a code scan with no real solution in sight and have to get further assessments. When I questioned this because I couldn't understand the recommended charges, David Nix grew frustrated, became dismissive and rude, and canceled the service and banned me from returning, claiming "I don't want to pay and probably couldn’t afford it" This wasn’t just unprofessional—it was a direct attack on my character. I was shocked, feeling targeted and disrespected in a way that no paying customer should ever experience. The golden rule isn’t applied at this location. I paid to have my vehicle checked, not just get two codes. Since the initial service didn’t fix anything, why should I pay for another test with no guarantee? Instead, I was discriminated against and refused further services, making things worse. Worse, when I expressed disappointment as a past customer who bought my car from this dealership, David Nix publicly humiliated me by falsely claiming “you didn’t buy it, your mom did,” in front of other customers. I was embarrassed, discriminated against, and completely disrespected. I never spoke directly with the technician, he was present the entire process. From what I observed, it seemed like he wanted to do a proper job with my vehicle. However, it was David Nix who insisted on upselling me additional services and chose not to proceed with a full diagnostic of my car. Instead of addressing the actual issue, he suggested a ‘Smoke Test’ and suggested another charge, seemingly out of fear that I wouldn’t want to pay for the full repair service with parts and labor. It felt like David Nix was more interested in securing his profits with just selling me another half hour of assessment rather than offering a comprehensive and honest diagnosis of my vehicle’s problem and repairing my vehicle. If you scroll through other reviews, there is a pattern of rude, dismissive, or dishonest behavior across the service department. They use profit-over-ethics tactics and offer no accountability—just generic replies when people share real problems. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Customers deserve respect and professional service—none of which I received here. As a retired member of the Armed Forces, a prior client of this dealership, and most importantly, a human being, I expected to be treated with basic dignity and ethical service. Instead, I was met with what I believe to be discriminatory and prejudiced behavior from David Nix, whose comments felt personal and degrading. I came in for routine service, but was instead humiliated and dismissed without proper guidance or care. I w More
