Great Service on a Busy Day! Big thanks to Service Mgr Billy and team for helping me on a busy holiday travel day. Pulled off I-20 from Bham needing brake lights fixed in time to Big thanks to Service Mgr Billy and team for helping me on a busy holiday travel day. Very poor customer service I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for over 30 years. I have purchased approximately 18 vehicles there and had always enjoyed excellent s I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for over 30 years. I have purchased approximately 18 vehicles there and had always enjoyed excellent service in both the sales dept and service dept. unfortunately, that has changed dramatically. I recently brought my vehicle in because the keeled ignition was not responding when pressing the button. I could not reach the service dept by phone because nobody was answering, so I just brought it in. I received no follow up calls at all during the 7 days they kept the call . I was only able to reach the service dept twice during that time and they had no idea what was going on with the car. I had also asked for an oil change and tire rotation to be done.and a service tech assured me it was being done. I finally picked up the vehicle after 7 days, nothing had been done, they didn't even do the oil change nor the tire rotation. I am so disappointed that I will be looking for another dealer for my future needs More

WORST SERVICE ANYWHERE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY 55 YRS OF DRIVING. I CALLED AND SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR A DRIVER AIR BAG RECALL ITEM-WAS SET FOR 10 AM. R ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY 55 YRS OF DRIVING. I CALLED AND SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR A DRIVER AIR BAG RECALL ITEM-WAS SET FOR 10 AM. RECALL COMPANY SAID ABOUT 1 HR, DODGE SAID 1 & 1/2 AND THEY WOULD CALL ME. I WAS OUT TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS AND AFTER 3 HRS OF NO CALL, I WENT TO THE DODGE DEALER AND WAS TOLD (surprise) MY TRUCK WAS JUST RELEASED 30 MIN PRIOR???? I ASKED WHERE WAS MY CALL AND WHAT HAPPENED TO 1 &1/2 HRS AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE BEHIND. WHAT REALLY GOT ME WAS THREE OTHER SERVICE PEOPLE SITTING AROUND LOOKING AT ME AND NO ONE COULD HELP ON MY ARRIVAL EITHER TIME FOR DROP OFF OR PICKUP EXCEPT THE LADY THAT SET MY APPOINTMENT?????? NEVER, EVER WILL I STEP FOOT IN THAT DEALERSHIP AGAIN. THIS IS THE DODGE DEALER ON THORNTON RD IN LITHIA SPRINGS, GA. - I REALLY WANT TO GIVE LESS THAN A ONE STAR RATING. More
