No Service I bought a 59k Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. My transmission has slipped a few times but I was certain that the 3rd time it happened and dash warning lights I bought a 59k Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. My transmission has slipped a few times but I was certain that the 3rd time it happened and dash warning lights stayed on including engine light that the service Dept could diagnose the problem and fix it. I got on line and set my appt for a Tuesday at 10. My service rep was David and he communicated well but I called the following Monday and no one had even looked at the vehicle. I think this is unacceptable. So I came and just picked up my vehicle and will take to another dealer for service which is not very convent since I live in DOUGLASVILLE. I have numerous friends switching from their Fords and Chevys and I will tell them not to purchase from your dealership for the simple reason if you can’t service it don’t sell it. More

Service/ Repair Had my car towed to dealership at 8am per dealership request. 7 hours later no diagnostic has been performed on my vehicle. Called many times and was told the service tech would call me right back. I was told there were a number of cars in front of mine. The dealership opens at 7am I cant imagine how many people have bought their cars in before me that warrants a 7 hour wait. If I could drive my car off the lot I would. This is the worse service I have ever received. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. Can’t write about the price because I’m still waiting for a response... going on 8 hours. I imagine it takes less time to build a car!!!! More

My Experience With the Service Department This service department quoted me $450 for fuel filter change in which only a small part of that bill is the actual part. The complete job from start to finish takes me about 5 minutes to complete myself and since it was raining and i was already there for an oil change i figured i would just ask the this dealer for a quote to perform this fuel filter change in their garage. If you can open a mason jar you can easily replace this so i just took it back home and did it myself. The sad part is if you don't know how simple the job is you can be taken advantage at this place. More
