This review is based on a (failed) warranty service I received on a brand new 2021 Kia vehicle that was not purchased from here. I chose to have my vehicle serviced here due to the fact that they were th received on a brand new 2021 Kia vehicle that was not purchased from here. I chose to have my vehicle serviced here due to the fact that they were the only one that offered the earliest appointment availability out of all other Kia dealerships around Atlanta area, which I thought it would have saved me 2 weeks in wait time. And I was so wrong about this. 04/19/2021: initially came in for service with an appointment, I was told the wait time would be 3-4 hours for diagnosis. A little bit shock but ok. After all that wait time, they came back with a result (which was questionable) and they had to wait for parts to be ordered. 04/27/2021: parts came in, they reached out to me to set appointment for next day but I had to be out of town that week to I rescheduled it to be on 05/03 at 9am. Again, they quoted me that it would take 3-4 hours to install. 05/03/2021: came in at 8:55am for the 9am appointment, which was also the very 1st available appointment they offered. I patiently waited for 5 hours but no one gave me any update. I had to find the service advisor and at this time, he told me that they got the wrong parts and they were trying to fix it. About 30 minutes later, I took a walk around the facility and found out that they just pulled my car into the shop. I raised the concern with the service advisor again as I had spent over 5 hours at the place and I had to be somewhere else in the next 30 mins. He and the technician came back to me with apologies that they got the wrong parts and it would take them about 1-1.5 hours to install as they now got the correct parts. So if I came back the next day at 9am, they would work on my car the 1st thing in the morning and get me out of there in about 1-1.5 hours. Needless to say, I left and never returned for that follow up service as I was extremely pissed. Firstly, they had almost the whole week to check and verify whether they got the correct parts or not, they did not. Secondly, if it takes them 1-1.5 hours to install with correct parts, why did they quote me 3-4 hours wait time even though I booked the very 1st appointment in the morning? Also, did I mention that half the staffs here walked around & interacted with customers without mask? They had the "mask required" signs posted almost on every corner of the place, but half of their staffs did not even wear one, even some guys appeared to be managers. Some technicians who drove customer's cars in & out of the shop did not wear mask either. More

THE WORST - DO NOT Take your vehicle there for service. I had to have my vehicle towed to the closest dealership. Worst mistake of my life. Two days later and they will not speak to me about my car. I was to had to have my vehicle towed to the closest dealership. Worst mistake of my life. Two days later and they will not speak to me about my car. I was told "we are writing up the cost." Now silence. When they answer the phone the women are rude and put out. The manager is "in a meeting." My service person is "with customers" going on 3 hours now. I was basically told you aren't our only customer. I am having my vehicle towed back out of there ASAP. Kia should be embarrassed. I wish there was a zero too. More
This dealership is the WORSE‼️ This place replaced my engine. They recommended new windshield wipers. Which I turned down. I picked up my car on Thursday night. The passenger side floor of the car had mo engine. They recommended new windshield wipers. Which I turned down. I picked up my car on Thursday night. The passenger side floor of the car had mold in it. They cleaned it supposedly. Sunday morning my car started to have a squealing noise. Oh and let's not forget my passenger side floors were still wet. My spouse took the car in on Monday. After waiting for three hours. They told him that the drivers belt was messed up when they put it back on my car. I'm no mechanic but isn't that something I should've known prior to them fixing my car. You know how they recommended some windshield wipers. Quincy Mosley the service manager is RUDE‼️ and definitely on a POWER TRIP. Corporate approved to have the belt replaced on my car and he tells me that he doesn't have to listen to corporate. He's the boss and what he says goes. I told him that corporate sent him an email. He told me he isn't going to check his email and that corporate doesn't tell him what to do and he doesn't like they way they provide payment. And because of that I can tell my boyfriend to get my car off his lot and never come back again. My boyfriend has taken 2 days off to get this handled and nothing still haven't been done about. I'M BEYOND PISSED AND NEVER WANT TO DEAL WITH KIA AGAIN BECAUSE OF IT‼️ THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I've also attached the email I received confirming my appointment from Quincy Mosley. More
***DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP**** ***SCAM ARTISTS!!*** buyer beware! Wow!! If there was a Negative star option this dealership would be worthy. Where do I even start? As a former Service ARTISTS!!*** buyer beware! Wow!! If there was a Negative star option this dealership would be worthy. Where do I even start? As a former Service manager of a very high end dealership being Land Rover and BMW the level of unprofessionalism at Atlanta West is the absolute worst I've seen! It started August of 2019 when I took my vehicle for diagnostics. Long story short I had two complaints of hesitation on acceleration with a CEL and over heating. I didnt hear from my advisor Angie for two weeks first of all. After I reached the so called "Service Manager " Quincy, I finally got a supposed diagnostic result. I was told the hesitation was not duplicated and it would be a month before the parts came in for the overheating issue. The dealership expected me to pay for a rental for a month because they could not help the part was on backorder. What? You tell the person that keeps your doors open " it's your responsibility, not mine"?? I was flabbergasted at this point as you could imagine. 1000.00 in rental for a month because Quincy said it was not his problem! I had to take HOURS out of my days contacting KIA inquiring if this was their standard for customer service. Needless to say, KIA refunded my money.. After a month, I pick my vehicle up and within two weeks the CEL came back on and the vehicle lost power, not to mention there was a new problem now, my gear shifter would not register when the vehicle was put in park. I had to take it out of gear and put it back in gear to start the vehicle again. I call kia and was FORCED to go back to this crappy dealership to address the hesitation and cel again. It is now November 28th and I just picked my vehicle up after having TO CALL THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE TO GO WITH ME to get my car released. This incompetent service department called and made a separate claim to create more money owed for the SAME ISSUE AS BEFORE to my warranty just because they failed to document on the first trip. After a week of my time on the phone with the dealership and warranty company trying to resolve the issue, instead of the advisor doing their job. The warranty company said it was simple, the dealership needed to just provide the documents that they failed to provide the first time showing where they could not duplicate. This dealership somehow could not comprehend this and refused to release my car. After documenting this incident through a police report I will be filing a lawsuit in Magistrate court Monday morning!! Marius the owner will SCAM YOU he is a smooth talker thinking he can do what he wants because he owns the dealership instead of owning his incompetent employees mistakes... Quincy the service manager is absolutely the least professional person I have ever encountered. What they fail to realize is I WAS IN THE BUSINESS AND A COP AND WILL ENJOY the process of suing them and posting reviews.. weekly to make sure no one else is damaged by this lowlife business.. ****DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP*** More
UPDATE: Started recently receiving calls and letters from them, and when I say I have repeatedly asked for it to stop, it still continues. I called their corporate office and was told to sue them for harassm them, and when I say I have repeatedly asked for it to stop, it still continues. I called their corporate office and was told to sue them for harassment. Can you believe that??? 5 oil plug not tighten incidents, 2 brakes required, 40 thousand miles later brakes recommended to be replaced elsewhere. Parts that I order, sent back because they failed to notify me. Now I asked to stop receiving emails and calls, and I get, on a average of 2 emails a week, on "saving me money". After these incidents, they wouldn't even say "I am sorry", and they want me to take my car to them?? I had to pay for their services, then take, or have towed to fit it a second time. More
