I would recommend anyone to Steve at Camelback Ford. This was the first brand new vehicle I’ve ever purchased for myself. I came in on Monday. Steve met me with the two vehicles I was interested in, we This was the first brand new vehicle I’ve ever purchased for myself. I came in on Monday. Steve met me with the two vehicles I was interested in, we drove both of them and then Steve provided me with the facts/ information on both of them. I told him that I was not particularly ready to purchase that day and needed to get some things in line and review the positives of both vehicles. I never felt any pressure that I know many have from dealerships and sales. I contacted Steve the next day to inform him I’d made a decision on the 2025 F-150 3.5L and that I’d be available Thursday. Steve had the vehicle with a full tank of gas, detailed and all of the required paper work upon my arrival ready. Steve was extremely professional and courteous. He made the buying experience pleasant with a comfortable environment. In the future if I’m in need of a new vehicle I’ll be going back to see him again! More

I purchased an electric car from this dealership, the car was not charged when i drove off the lot. Because the employees had their cars on the charger.I had a hard time getting a full charge and advised car was not charged when i drove off the lot. Asked them to check the battery life, ive had a hard time getting in contact with them as if they are avoiding me especially my saleswoman Ariana. The windshield was cracked and documented in the contract that they would fix this no one has followed up with me . the back seat seatbelts are not working correctly and are a hazard for my two sons under 7. What should have been a great experience quickly turned into a nightmare with the lack of assistance from the sales team. More
