Our records indicate that during diagnosis we discovered an issue with the vehicle's PCM that prevented proper programming and required additional repair before the vehicle could be returned to a drivable condition. We made multiple attempts to communicate our findings and recommendations as they became available. When the vehicle was picked up, our team advised that the necessary repairs had not been completed and that the vehicle was not in a drivable condition. Repair recommendations were discussed; however, the repairs were ultimately declined. We understand this was not the outcome you were hoping for and regret any miscommunication regarding the status of the vehicle.
