I was initially contacted by this dealership after an inquiry , and after discussing financial details , I chose to move forward with a different offer . Later , they reached back out and promised to match that proposal , which convinced me to reconsider . I declined my original deal , committed to driving 3 hours , and even agreed to complete all paperwork in advance to make the process smooth . Then , I received a text saying the car had been sold . This was an absolute waste of my time and effort . The level of unprofessionalism especially from an individual calling himself a “ manager “ , and disregard shown here is staggering . They actively engaged me , convinced me to change my plans and never communicated that the vehicle might not be available . To be treated this way after making such a commitment is beyond frustrating. I would strongly discourage anyone who values their time and energy from dealing with this dealership . More
Very poor service from Warren who is passing the buck to Corey and Austin. All we need is a new key fob before we leave Arizona. A great start ruined by a high-pressure back room. ​The first half of my car-buying experience was wonderful. The sales team made things easy and straightforward. ​Regrettably, the second half was a different story. Once I was placed in the back room to finish the paperwork, the experience became deplorable. I was pressured to buy an extended warranty and had to repeat myself multiple times before they finally accepted my answer. It is shameful to treat customers this way at the finish line. Good sales staff, but the finance office practices leave a lot to be desired. More
