Last week, Tuesday morning, September 10, 2019, I had an appointment to replace the passenger side airbag. My brother and I brought in my mustang and it was there all day. I picked it up late afternoon and the car had been washed.
Next morning as I was getting things in order, I noticed my rear seat floor mats were gone!!! I drove back to see service writer, Jessi Tays at Camelback Ford to go get my floor mats. Jessi went to go look for them, returning and telling me they were not there. I told him someone stole my mats and they need to be replaced. I also told him, these mats are cloth mats and in excellent condition because people rarely sit in my back seat, they need to be replaced at no cost to me.
Jessi told me to go have a seat in the waiting area, later telling me the service director is looking into this. Jessi came back to me, telling me those type of floor mats are no longer made and only available in rubber. I told him no, I won’t accept that, someone took my floor mats and I want the same type replaced.
At this point, I begin thinking, If this is the type of service I am receiving, I will not be purchasing a new vehicle from this Camelback Ford Dealers!
Jessi again, comes to see in the waiting area and starts suggesting that I look on Amazon to find the ones I want. I repeated what he just suggested. So you want me to search on Amazon? I also said, I can’t believe you are suggesting I search for floor mats all because someone stole my floor mats! He said he didn’t know what size to get! Really? He has my vehicle Information and he is stalling !!!
I suggested he take measurements of the area where my floor mats were so he left to get a measuring tape. He met me at my vehicle and I was speaking to my sister. I told Jessi after wasting over two hours of waiting I told him I had to leave because I was too upset.
That was one week ago and I have not heard nothing!
