I scheduled an appointment for service. They said it would take 2 days. I rented a car. After the 2 days, they had done nothing. It takes a lot of time to even drop off and pick up a vehicl They said it would take 2 days. I rented a car. After the 2 days, they had done nothing. It takes a lot of time to even drop off and pick up a vehicle for service. I must have wasted $300 or more in time off from work, plus the rental car. When people don't do what they say they will do, no excuse makes it better. This place is a mess, and I've had nothing but problems with them over the years. I'll never go back to them. I don't have that much time to waste figuring out if they did their job right or at all. My service issues for my visit started after they did a service on the very thing that immediately failed. That doesn't add up to good service. More
