Sales (Youch) said buy car today with blower problem, we'll fix tomorrow. Upon return, service said no one would sign off -can't fix. Salesman said I'll get my Mgr Brett to ok it. Brett called, left a vo we'll fix tomorrow. Upon return, service said no one would sign off -can't fix. Salesman said I'll get my Mgr Brett to ok it. Brett called, left a voice mail on my cell saying "Just spoke with Peter Youch... thank you for bringing us 3 sales in 14 mos (2 mine, one my sister in law) - we value your business and we're certainly going to fix it. "...never did after three visits and a dozen calls...service rep actually told me "Maybe you should bring in your phone and play the recording...".I said I'm ready to buy again with a family member recently located here... I can't believe you'd lose future sales over a $200 repair that was needed, acknowledged, and promised at the point of sale". Meineke in Ahwatukee fixed it for around $200, and my wife bought another vehicle from Earnhardt and I'm looking at another Towncar from Sanderson soon. My sister in law bought a new Ford from Earnhardt, even though she really liked Peter who sold her her last car. Would have preferred to stay with Camelback...nice setting, courteous reception, but they obviously didn't care about me. I'm a car guy from Detroit...love shopping for cars and referring other people. I'm still helping neighbors and co workers shop for cars because I enjoy it...but now I look at several dealers instead of one. More

Brought my BRAND NEW 2013 Ford Edge, which I purchased at Sanderson Ford through a broker (Oh, how I wish I would have gone to Sanderson!) with a flat tire. There was a screw in the tire. I requested that th Sanderson Ford through a broker (Oh, how I wish I would have gone to Sanderson!) with a flat tire. There was a screw in the tire. I requested that the date of manufacture on the tires be communicated to me since sometimes a set of older tires can show up on a new vehicle - it happens. This request was ignored. Further, I was told - politely - by Jim Bloomfield that not only was there no warranty available for a tire replacement but I was also going to pay them a $15 flat fix fee - well, nice! When I stated that it was a new car with less than 2700 miles on it, I was told "yes, too bad you didn't buy it from THIS dealership. Double nice! It's a FORD! YOU are a FORD DEALER! At the very least, Jim Bloomfield seemed sincerely disappointed that there was "nothing he could do." Not so with the next person I talked to. That would be a Matthew Tonoli who takes the word "arrogance" to a new level. He completely dismissed my side of the issue, "no, not happening, you are being unreasonable, etc." His high-handed manner and "nose in the air" attitude cemented my experience with this dealership. Not exactly a Dale Carnegie graduate, know what I mean? So, for this new Ford 2013 Edge owner, no - not ever again with Camelback Ford. And, probably for me, no not ever a Ford again. Even though I really like the car! On the bright side, Ford's Road Side Assistance when I got the flat was absolutely awesome - quick and courteous - which I really appreciated since it was 112 degrees outside in Phoenix on the side of the road! So, thank you Ford for that. And, thank you Matt Tonoli and Camelback Ford for an extremely irritating and wateful experience - you completely turned off a new Ford customer (with a lot of friends and long-standing ties to this community)so you could satisfy your own little selves. I hope you are happy - this would never have occurred were I still a Lexus or Mercedes owner. Period - end of story. More
This is the first dealership that I personally worked with. It wasn't perfect, because no dealership is in my opinion. Nevertheless I did enjoy the service, and i did enjoy the car. The car it self did with. It wasn't perfect, because no dealership is in my opinion. Nevertheless I did enjoy the service, and i did enjoy the car. The car it self did not really come with what I wanted, but im surr the price satified me and my father. I still see that this dealership tries its best to provided me with a better deal even after purchase. I enjoyed my first car. More

I went to Camelback Lincoln to get a used car because I had been in a car accident 3 months ago. When I had talked with Anthony Mata he took the time to understand what I was looking for as well as what I had been in a car accident 3 months ago. When I had talked with Anthony Mata he took the time to understand what I was looking for as well as what I did not want again. He took his time to ensure that I was not in a car again because cars scare me now so he had helped me find a SUV that was a perfect size for me. He kept looking just to make sure I had a car and he treated me so nicely. He was super friendly! More
I am a veteran on disability who saved up enough money to get a used car. I saw one on the internet for $13,995. I came in. By the time I decided to purchase the car, things were added on like "Certified Pr get a used car. I saw one on the internet for $13,995. I came in. By the time I decided to purchase the car, things were added on like "Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle". then came the shaft: The old Bait and Switch. Whe I printed off both of my bank statements I realized these people could see just how much money I had in my account. They worked overtime wheedling that money out of my account. they made me sign three different sales contracts,. changing small details on it that became big deals. The one thing that they did change completely when all was said and done was the "Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle" status. The salesman assured me that it was certified before I signed, then after I signed I was told by the sales manager that it was not a certified pre-owned vehicle. I was lied to again. The purchase price went from $13,995 to $19,999. When I challenged this the sales manager told me my credit was horrible (it wasn't) and had to make a deal with the financer. My own finance company told me they would give me $13,000. This dealership told me they would not deal with my finance company because they hadn't approved them yet. Who cares? When my finance company sends them a check they would take it, wouldn't they?\ Anyhow, it has been one lie after another with this dealership. Please stay away from them. If you are a veteran they will suck money out of your account like never before. Tom More

I asked to see the vehicle we had agreed to and I had to force out of them that they said they sold it. Then they kept trying to shove us in something else that "would work", but not what we had agreed to and wanted. More
