My experience at Camelback was with both the repair and purchase departments. I was in Phoenix for a conference and my vehicle was overheating. I did not wnat to risk going back 200 miles across the desert purchase departments. I was in Phoenix for a conference and my vehicle was overheating. The repair department did all they could to complete the repairs, but closing time came and my car just was not up to par. They provided a free rental car and I spent the night at a local hotel. During the night I looked at the used car inventory and wanted to see a listing they had. I went back in the morning and looked at the 2012 Ford Focus SE Hatchback and took it for a test spin. I loved it. My salesperson was Connor Sullivan and he did a magnificent job. I felt I was with a friend all during the purchase process. Everyone else was friendly and genuinely concerned from Connor to the Assistant manager and Tony the finance person. I drove out with a great car and felt that I had the best car buying experience I have ever had in my 45 years of driving. A special thanks to Connor-great job!! More
