I decided to take a trip down to the dealership just to see what was out there with no intent of being serious about purchasing a vehicle. When I went in there me and my dad where looking for a car to buy they called us up and said that they had a perfect car for us and my dad said that yeah but probable not in our price range. So we sat down and said this is are payment nothing more and they worked and worked and they got a price that was decent but not what we wanted so he like ok fine we will go in between so they worked at it boss sweating and grinding his teeth and we made a deal that one night we thought we would never even think of buying a new car all thinks to Christine and Bill.by the way they are the best!! I will definitely not be coming back to this dealer. My recent experience here resulted in purchasing a car I was not happy or comfortable with due to physical pain with my left ankle. Before the deal was finalized, I was promised that they would work on getting me into another vehicle with automatic transmission, but instead they have been uncooperative and unhelpful. More

I was very shocked the way Tim Gardner handled himself while assisting me. I did not know salesmen could be so understanding and patient and actually want to help and listen to what I have to say. I'm from back east and all my experiences with dealerships are bad. But I was vacationing here and decided drop by and see what they have anyway and decide my next step in which I wanted to take. He greeted me with a great smile and actually looked like he enjoys his job, listened to me and actually made me feel like I wasn't under pressure to be this moment and that it was important I got what I wanted. Even though I did not purchase that time I will be taking another vacation in a month and will be going to that same dealership to purchase my car. I found the vehicle I wanted online on Ford.com that showed this dealer had the vehicle in inventory.
