We found a good deal online, set up an appointment to meet and buy from a salesman. When we showed up for our appointment our salesman was nowhere to be found, had someone else help us only to tell us that the truck we showed up to buy was sold out from underneath us the night before. We asked them to help locate the same vehicle at one of their sister stores. They said they were busy, had other customers to help and they’d call us at a later time. We never got a call back. We couldn’t believe they had no interest in selling us a vehicle. More

Dishonest and stressful So I have a preapproval with a bank and go to look at a specific vehicle. I call down there and ask if it's there and they say yes. I drive down 15 mi So I have a preapproval with a bank and go to look at a specific vehicle. I call down there and ask if it's there and they say yes. I drive down 15 minutes later and they say it's not really there. Then I find another vehicle I like and tell them to use my preapproval. They ran my credit with 6 other places, never even tried my preapproval bank, said I didn't qualify for what I wanted and tried to sell me something else. When I wanted to leave, because I couldn't take it anymore, they wouldn't give me the keys to my trade in back. I had to ask over 4 times to get them back so I could leave. Most stressful, awful car buying experience ever. The only slight sliver of redemption was the actual salesman was polite and seemed honest. It was all the managers and finance people that were shady and manipulative... or at least so it appeared More

Wonderful experience I purchased my car from Ford. My sales guy I will never forgeit Burudi “Rudi” Mwonyonyi, he actually listened to what I wanted in a car and found it f I purchased my car from Ford. My sales guy I will never forgeit Burudi “Rudi” Mwonyonyi, he actually listened to what I wanted in a car and found it for me. Back seat air conditioning and shiny handles is what I asked for. I don't know much about cars but He did. He found something safe for my family. He found me a used vechial that was perfect! At the time I wasnt shopping for something new, however I will find Rudi when I'm ready to trade out. I trust his decisions, I am also very frugal and he worked with me and I got a good deal. Very polite! I hope he sticks around and is available again when I need him. More

I came back to Burudi “Rudi” Mwonyonyi a year later and not only did I get a new car, but we drove out of there with 2 new cars and came back a week later and my step daughter bought a car also. Are we rich? No...but we were treated like royalty by Rudi as well as everyone that we encountered at Camelback Ford. We won't go anywhere else. More

Awesome Experience!! I was in need of a new car after my car caught on fire and decided to look at the Ford Eco Sport. I did all of my research online and was even able t I was in need of a new car after my car caught on fire and decided to look at the Ford Eco Sport. I did all of my research online and was even able to text a sale representative before I arrived. They were very helpful over text. Once I arrived, Rudi was waiting for me and the Eco Sport I had looked at online was already pulled in the front and ready for a test drive. Rudi was very helpful and friendly. While I was waiting for all of the financial information, he was very friendly and conversational. I ended up buying the new Eco Sport because of the quality of the service at Camelback Ford. They were absolutely fantastic, especially Rudi. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone! More
