I wonder how a place can stay in business with such terrible business practices. I went in to see a car that was advertised on line and it was not there and the employee could not find it. So then Matt terrible business practices. I went in to see a car that was advertised on line and it was not there and the employee could not find it. So then Matt, internet sales manager e-mails me and says that it is available and that he could see it sitting in the lot. I explained to him via e-mail that it was not the correct car. He returns my e-mail stating that the car I am interested in is indeed available. I go back a few days later and Alex attempts to help me find this car. After leaving me in the lobby alone for 15 minutes and going in and out of an office multiple times then going outside and making a few cell phone calls he comes back in and tells me that the vehicle was just sold on e-bay. Magically I looked in CARS.com today and sure enough the vehicle is right there advertised for sale. I called and a gentleman named Jordan answers the phone and puts me on hold to check on the availability of the vehicle. He comes back and much to my surprise says, yes sir, that vehicle is available, when would you like to come in and see it? Does anyone at Camelback used cars have any idea what cars you have or do not have. If it is not available one would think that your internet manager would have the responsibility of removing it. If it is available one would think someone who works there would know where it is. How do you run a business like this? It would seem after a great conversation with the general manager, Mr. Brenton Clout that there is indeed a representative of Camelback Ford that has passion and appreciation for the customer as well as a good understanding of realistic expectations. We had a good overall experience. We paid cash and the signing of papers took way too long in our estimation. It took over 5 hours from start to finish - too long. When we went to Camelback Ford we had no intention of buying a truck. We went with the intention of looking to see what we could afford and what we needed to bring to the table. Josh did an excellant job buying a truck. We went with the intention of looking to see what we could afford and what we needed to bring to the table. Josh did an excellant job listening to what we wanted,very informative during the test drive and helped to get the deal done. Needless to say we walked out with a new 2012 truck. Once the deal was done, and the truck was cleaned and full of gas, we notice a dent in the passenger door. Josh jumped right on the sitaution and within a day he called me back to schedule an appt with the service dept to have the dent removed. Took the truck back up to the dealership within a few days. Once we got there, I was told to ask for Aimee. Aimee was unavailable so another service dept representative helped me out. I explained my rush for time and she had the truck taken right over to the individual that needed to work on the dent. Within an hour I was done and out the door. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends. On our next go around I would start right back here. More
I had a pleasurable experience working with Camelback Ford/Lincoln. I purchased a new 2012 MKZ Hybrid in January 2012. Josh went out of his way to explain all the details/functions of the MKZ and really Ford/Lincoln. I purchased a new 2012 MKZ Hybrid in January 2012. Josh went out of his way to explain all the details/functions of the MKZ and really listened to my needs as a customer. I bought the car late at night so the detailers had left for the evening. Josh went out of his way to pick up my new car from my place of employment the next day to have it detailed and also filled the gas tank. In addition, the sync person also met me at work during my lunch to sync my Lincoln with all the apps. Talk about service and putting the customer's needs first! I recently took my new MKZ on its first Mexico road trip. I was so impressed with the gas mileage--I only used 12 gallons of gas for the entire 400mi round trip! More

THese guys have no problem selling broken unsafe vehicles and then ignoring customers in the hopes they will just go away. They will lie to customers, each other, Attorney General, warranty companies, it doe and then ignoring customers in the hopes they will just go away. I would not buy a vehicle from them or even suggest that they are somewhat of a reputable car dealer, they are not! Beware of these guys, they are only interested in making a dollar, at any expense. Started by communicating with Michael on-line and over the phone. Ben meet us on the dealership lot and provided great assistance, which included locating vehicle that we were interested in, explaining v the phone. All I can say is that the minute that I walked onto the car lot I was treated with respect, everyone went out of their way to make sure I was being taken care of. The whole process was very fast but very through...the whole crew from the detail ship to the finance dept stayed late to get all paper work done. This is the second time that I have purchased a vehicle from Camelback Ford and if in the near future I have to recommend a to someone that is purchasing a vehicle I will tell them to buy there....if there was a higher rate that I could give them I would....THEY ARE GREAT!!!!!!!
