First of all Thank you for responding Kevin. I had almost lost all faith in Camelback Ford in ever showing that they care about their customers. If you are sincere about turning my negative experience into a positive one, you can start by getting my $2700.00 dollars back from Nick Dana who was employed by Camelback Ford and sold my vehicle on the Camelback Ford lot. He sold it for $5000.00 and was to give us $4800.00 and he was to keep $200.00 for himself. The person who bought the truck will stand behind me with paperwork showing Nick was paid and he purchased the truck off the lot and drove it off the lot. Brent Clout promised he was going to get the money back from Nick Dana and instead, fired him without even giving me the opportunity to come down to the Dealership to face Nick with him. A man not true to his word at all. Plus we had to spend another $580.00 on the truck to make it legal to drive that the general manager Brent Clout said he wasn't responsible for even when the truck hadn't left the lot yet. We were thinking of trading the used truck in for a new one but with the way we have been treated at Camelback that is not happening now. Sincerely upset with the employees at Camelback.
