I scheduled a service appointment to handle a recall and change the oil. We were given free oil changes at the time of purchase. I was given a 1-2 hour service time frame. 1 1/2 hours in to waiting, the ser change the oil. We were given free oil changes at the time of purchase. I was given a 1-2 hour service time frame. 1 1/2 hours in to waiting, the service rep told me that it would take 2 more hours because "they were backed up". He offered to drive me home and then pick me up (40+ minutes each way). That's ridiculous. More
