My experience was very unique, to say the least. I believe management meant well, but appeared to be very unorganized and unsync'd, which caused me to visit the dealership several times in an attemp I believe management meant well, but appeared to be very unorganized and unsync'd, which caused me to visit the dealership several times in an attempt to purchase the vehicle with finance. Finally after three attempts, I was able to purchase the 2025 Aviator my wife and I wanted. Much thanks to Sara and Brittany, my sales persons, for helping me through the purchase process. More
