This dealerships service dept & customer relations manager are the most disrespectful. The service technician who initially installed the tires had no idea how to balance them & an oil change with 4 n manager are the most disrespectful. The service technician who initially installed the tires had no idea how to balance them & an oil change with 4 new tires took almost 8 hours and then we had to return the next day due to warning lights. No one had any idea how to fix it. Took them over a week to figure it out & we had to pay for their mistakes. A few weeks later the car had to be towed back & they we so unhelpful, took no responsibility. Even went as far as to say my daughter or her friends loosened the oil filter. Then they stopped communicating entirely! We live 1700 miles away. There is no follow through, they do not communicate with customers & their work is less than desirable. More

However when I called and let them know I would be bring in the car and would need help with the loaner car not being to low to the ground so it won't hurt me. I was told because you are disabled he would have to send the request to a whole other department. Disabled does not mean sweep under the rug. Not one single person choose to call back. I need to contact a disability attorney just to get my vehicle repaired. This is so wrong. More
Worst car buying experience. I was promised me tires on my vehicle. Got all different tires and only 2 are newish. The visor was promised to be fixed, now they have no clue what I was promised me tires on my vehicle. Got all different tires and only 2 are newish. The visor was promised to be fixed, now they have no clue what I'm talking about now that the salesman is fired, who promised these things. Vehicle started shorting out a week after I bought it. I called 4 times and was promised a callback, no one called me. I was also told the vehicle went through a very extensive inspection so I had no worries at time of purchase. Turns out it needed a new battery! So much for the "inspection"! $200 later I was told that "since we live in AZ THAT IT'S EXPECTED!!!" Now my vehicle cannot go past 80 miles per hour due to some safety feature that you can only fix with the master key, that I was told at purchase that this was the only key they had for this vehicle. Now I HAVE TO PAY FOR A KEY!! Oh and that is my fault too, "because there is no safety use that I would legally have that would ever need to go over 80 miles per hour"! Excuse me?! Also! My temp tag is expired today, because after a month they still haven't switched the registration into my name with the DMV so I still don't have my license plate!!! I haven't had the for a month and have been treated like crap since day one. No one responds, callbacks never happen. And when they do they turn the issues around on you! This company is a huge joke. Only there for a commission check! The customer means Jack sh** to them! Don't use your hard earn money on their shady used vehicles! More
Better customer service I feel like I was sweep under the rug shouldn’t have too ask for anything ex my paperwork or having find out who and where my finance company was or when payment due and then having t rug shouldn’t have too ask for anything ex my paperwork or having find out who and where my finance company was or when payment due and then having to go to the GM to get what should already had when car was sold too me More
Kate from sales text me about a raptor. They advertise a 20k markup. She explained that she could lower the markup "if i come in tomorrow." Long story short, her desk manager apparently wasn't happy that i found better deals elsewhere and said that I'd fallen for the other dealers tricks. When she finally sent me her dealers price quote, the markup had increased to 22k now. When I said they can keep their truck, she got rude and stated that i was "stroking" the dealership and that I wasted her time "all day", and that i wasn't worth her time. The texting was over 2 hours, and she was the one that reached out to me. So I don't see how I wasted her time when I was honest and completely transparent from the beginning. I still have the entire conversation on my phone. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend Camelback Ford. More
Update: after 3 days the truck started having issues. Airbag light on dash, radio freezing multiple times a day and a rough idle and ride. Feels like I’m riding on gravel on the interstate. Called the de Airbag light on dash, radio freezing multiple times a day and a rough idle and ride. Feels like I’m riding on gravel on the interstate. Called the dealership and was told I would have to take it to the service department, but the service department won’t answer the phone. I’ve decided to take my truck to another dealership to be serviced. I get used vehicles have problems, but the fact that it’s CPO with all of these issues is the problem for me. Bought a used F-150 over the weekend. My sales guy was nice. The price of the vehicle was in my range and fair. My complaint is with the detailing of the car. My wife and I had to wait for 1.5 hours for the car to be detailed. It was pretty dirty before. When we got it back from detail it was still very dirty. Dog hair was everywhere. Old spilled drinks were still on the shifter and steering wheel. I spent an hour in the sun cleaning the truck the next day. I feel like for me to spend $50,000 the truck could have been cleaned better. Especially for a CPO vehicle. Kind of takes away the fun out of a new car purchase when you have to clean and disinfect it. More
Not to be trusted sold a used car claiming to have passed shop where in actuality the vehicle needs over $5000 worth of work done. This only 3 months after purchasing the vehicle. Air spring suspension s shop where in actuality the vehicle needs over $5000 worth of work done. This only 3 months after purchasing the vehicle. Air spring suspension sagging and needs replaced and compressor cracked needing replaced. Lower control arm bushings torn and needing replaced. CV axle boot torn and leaking grease, Guess what needs replaced. All this on a luxury Mercedes that has “passed shop” so they said many times. Oh yeah I almost forgot, the battery was tested and it failed. Guess what needs replaced. Don’t trust them they will say whatever to sell a car true or not More
