I have had nothing but great service from Camelback Ford Lincoln since I moved to Arizona. I moved here in December 2019. Took my Lincoln Continental to them by recommendation of a friend. Great Service by Eric at Camemback Ford My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with Eric Steffes’ salesmanship and thoroughness in selling us a 2020 Ford Ranger XLT. It was replacing a t My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with Eric Steffes’ salesmanship and thoroughness in selling us a 2020 Ford Ranger XLT. It was replacing a truck bought new in 1986 which had no extra features (no power steering/windows, no ac, not even a radio). To say the least, we were overwhelmed by the Ranger. Eric was very polite and easy to talk to, encouraging us to ask questions which made us feel comfortable and at ease during the whole process. We first spoke to Eric over the phone. He listened intently to what we wanted and had the perfect truck in mind. This was no easy task since the Covid-19 virus was going strong and the Ranger we were looking for was not readily available at most dealerships. He went over the details and features, even sending us an excellent customized video he made himself pointing out the features he spoke to us about along with other videos and pictures. He calculated the price for the truck as well as the financing (which took me a while to understand), a very good deal on both. We decided to buy the truck which included driving from San Diego, California to Phoenix, Arizona for the purchase (the Ranger we wanted could not be found in California). Eric was waiting for us when we arrived, smiling and genuinely pleased to meet us. He had the paperwork all ready and we went over everything we spoke about on the phone. Here is where we really were impressed. He did not rush to close the sale in order to look for potential new buyers as many salesmen tend to do. He spoke clearly and distinctly, something us older people appreciate. We were not familiar with a lot of the details and features and he took the time to actually show them to us when we checked out the truck, rather than just speak about them leaving us wondering how they actually work or how they are activated. This proved to be very helpful; we needed that extra personal care and information. At the end, Eric told us to contact him anytime if we needed help with anything. This was very reassuring for us. Needless to say, we were very pleased with our purchase, it made our 4th of July just that more special. Did I mention he had a great since of humor? We laughed a lot!
