Worse dealer I have ever dealt with in my 40 years of buying new cars. The service department is so bad the the service adviser is a do not tell the truth and have no idea what they are doing. Over a 2.5 hour for an oil change and tie rotation !!!!! And they never started it and I left. Appts to not mean anything to this dealer. My time is too value to be stilling in at Alford Dealer. Had the work done at Bell Ford. In and out the door in 90 minutes. More

Thank you Hannah Original review: After dealing with 5 different people, I finally purchased a used car for my daughter on 6/15 The car still needed to go through shop inspection and detail. Several phone calls, and one more trip to the dealership, and still no clear answers as to what is going on with this car. Today I was told I would have to wait until after 1pm to get someone to look into it. Then I was put on hold by someone else saying they'd get me an update and pick right back up. She actually left me on hold then wouldn't answer multiple times when the operator transferred me back to her. I was also transferred to several managers phones, none of which answered. Getting run around after run around, and broken promises that I'll be kept in the loop. To put it nicely, people in this facility have very poor communication skills and severely lack car for their customers once they've signed the dotted line. By far the worst dealership experience I've had to date, and the first bad review I've left for a car dealer. Who knows, maybe this will get me some answers More

This service center is garbage. First. I didn’t want to bring my vehicle back here because the last time I had similar issues. However they did not do a repair correctly and the oth First. I didn’t want to bring my vehicle back here because the last time I had similar issues. However they did not do a repair correctly and the other dealership will not fix their mistakes so we are back. It took three days to make an appointment because they don’t even answer their phones. If you select device calling direct you get sent to an offshore call center that relays messages and in two or three days you will get a call back. Next they have had my truck for one week after the appointment and they have not even looked at it. I am not sure what the point of appointments are if they will not even look at it. Going into week two I deeply regret ringing it back because I can’t even get ahold of my device advisor. Avoid this service department at all costs. More
