Bought a 2020 f150 with 60k miles last week before signing anything I heard a weird noise coming from rear I asked if it could get checked out before I bought. Raul is not your usual used car salesman. He’s laid back, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure buying a car with his help. Bought a Lincoln Corsair and it came with a persistent rattle in the driver side passenger door. Since I live 90 miles from the dealership I contacted the Galpin Ford/Lincoln dealership in Prescott. They were very accommodating in trying to fix the problem. However, after 3 attempts the door still had the rattle. At this point I decided to call Camelback since they were the dealership that sold the vehicle. I spoke to Bob in the service department and he absolutely blew me off and refused to even entertain the thought of servicing the vehicle. Kept saying any dealership will service it. I understood that but I wanted another opinion.Terrible customer service. Will never recommend this dealership. More

I was told my vehicle had Navigation and it does not , I am till waiting on my tags , going on 2 months . Manager does not call back. My brakes are still squeaking .
