He was upfront patient and very responsive and attentive. The finance department is another story. On the night of the sale Art Berger came back with 0% financing through FORD and went on and on about how great that was not many people qualify only 1 in 100 etc.... NOTHING about this was a pre-approval or anything. We came in the next day and signed the "final" paperwork on got the truck detailed. We came back in the following week to get a repair. Then we heard nothing for several weeks and all of a sudden we started getting credit alerts that many and I mean over 20 banks had done a credit check. I called and asked what was going on. They still had not contacted us. After I had emailed Art Berger several times then he text us to call. The finance manager John Hernandez said we needed to come back to sign the final paperwork. When pushed he stated that they had to find different financing that they couldn't get it to go through FORD but couldn't explain why. We had nothing hidden or that would have all of a sudden popped up more negative than when they pulled our original credit. He then stated he was able to find financing at 2% and the new payment was only going up about $45. Although disappointed we agreed and came into sign paperwork at which time the new contract added an entire year of financing and the interest was 7.74% which nobody pays for a truck loan. This is not a situation of misunderstanding or communication issues. John Hernandez is a bold and intentional liar. Camelback FORD's business practices are intentional with no integrity. They intentionally get paperwork signed get you to leave with a vehicle intending for you to get attached which is ridiculous for us to fall for but sure enough we did. We purchased a new F150. Josh is a stand up guy. He was easy to work with honest, knowledgeable, and personable with no games. We appreciated working with him. We also worked with Art in finance and was a positive experience. I don't think anyone likes car shopping but these two were great and we would recommend buying from them again. We do still have a minor repair pending and will update rating later if needed. Thank you both. More

Great Experience purchasing a vehicle from Camelback Ford I'm a hard person to please and Eric Steffes took on the challenge, and was one of the most patient and best salesperson I have met. I initially contacted him via email regarding a 2019 Raptor I had seen on the internet. He responded to my request promptly, and forwarded a Youtube video of the Raptor I was interested in. I found that to be a nice touch, he took the time to create the video without knowing whether I was a serious buyer or not. I felt he went above and beyond. When my wife and I arrived at the Dealership, he was genuine, and made the purchase easy for us. He answered all our questions, concerns, and I felt he worked on our behalf to get us the best deal possible. I have nothing but good words to say about him. After purchasing the vehicle, we were on our way home and our brand new vehicle with 29 miles on the odometer, started to overheat, I contacted Eric at approximately 2200 hours, and he was concerned and tried to assist as best as he could. I was able to somehow cool down the vehicle and drove it home without further issues. The next day I was contacted by Jill Chafitz and the General Manager (can't remember if Matt or Herb), and they sent a tow truck to return the vehicle to Camelback Ford to be checked. Camelback Ford also dropped off to my house a vehicle of my choice as a loner until my Raptor was checked. My choice was a 2019 Mustang GT, which they dropped off. Ralph from the Service Dept. checked my vehicle promptly, kept me informed, gave it clean bill of health, and all is working fine. Camelback Ford has a great team, and I will be purchasing my next vehicle from them, possibly a 2020 Shelby GT500 (as long as the price is right, wink-wink).
