A perfect car buying experience Honestly? How many people can say that their car buying experience was perfect? Right, not many. However, I can categorically say that this year's ex Honestly? Everyone at Camelback Ford was friendly and efficient and I was able to get 90% of everything done virtually, something that proves my time is valuable. I would like to call out two individuals: Art in finance went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in order and he accommodated one request that made everything so much easier for me in the long haul. Huge, grateful thanks! Eric is a dream come true. Up to now, I can genuinely say I've never had a good car dealership experience, but all that changed with Eric. He is friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and brings genuine caring to what he does. That is a truly rare commodity in this day and age. He made sure my every whim and request was met and did so with good humor and efficiency. He ensured that I understood the basics of my new Escape and was excited to show me the "bells and whistles". We will return there again, and highly recommend them. With Lincolns courtesy service where they pick up and return your vehicle for oil changes and service, it was a no brainer to pick the dealership liked best, not the 'closest to our home'. The overall service was good but it took some time to get the deal I felt comfortable with. I still don’t understand why it take more than 4 hours to buy a car. Not pointing a finger just at Camellback Ford but in gerneral. After negotiating back and forth we finally came to an agreement that fit my budget.
