As a result it is needless to say that I have experienced many varying degrees of customer service. That being said, I want to take this opportunity to applaud Camelback Ford for providing me what one could only describe as the highest quality customer service I have experienced yet while purchasing another truck. Most of the reason for my satisfaction with Camelback Ford should be credited to my sales person Eric Steffes. Eric consistently went the extra mile to help me find the truck I wanted (Even checking with another dealer). Eric patiently kept working to find what would work for me over a couple weeks never giving up. When Eric found the perfect truck for me on the back lot somewhere we ran in to some problems. Even then I was again impressed when Eric's manager Herb stepped up to the plate and helped resolve the issues. Once the perfect truck was decided on Eric again came through for me by helping me work though some personal financial challenges. Mike in finance was awesome too. I couldn't have been more pleased with my purchasing experience at Camelback Ford! Thank You guys! More

Great service, Happy Customer, Highly Recommend I had the opportunity to get a new Ford Explorer and in doing so worked with Eric and Herb at camelback ford. I wasn’t the easiest customer. I showed I had the opportunity to get a new Ford Explorer and in doing so worked with Eric and Herb at camelback ford. I wasn’t the easiest customer. I showed up without having done much research or planning, I knew I likely had unreal expectations but figured we will check out options. Planned to try and turn in a lease of my Infiniti and purchase a new Edge. But I wanted to do nothing down and keep my payment same. Eric, Herb and team warned me it may be tough, showed me car options and the math. We went through many iterations of new purchase vs pre owned vs lease across both edge and explorer. I debated a lot. I asked a ton of questions. Eric was amazing in not pressuring and just listening to my thinking and supportive. Herb, even as GM, spent time with me debating lease vs purchase and weighing our decision as it related to taste in cars vs payments. It was a long day for me in terms of indecision yet they were nothing but patient and supportive and accommodating. I walked away with the exact right vehicle and choice in large part to them allowing me and supporting me to make my decision in my own process and time. Definitely recommend this group. More

Both Eric & the dealership were AWESOME I was looking for months for a SUV & wasn't satisfied with anything I was finding on the market. No heavy sales tactics AT ALL which I appreciated. He was very knowledge, friendly, and foremost patient cuz I'm not easy to please! He & dealer finance spent HOURS trying to get me what I wanted at A GREAT PRICE & I still had to go home undecided. I had given up until a few days later, went right back to Eric because he had the patience & professionalism with me in the first place & I finally made up my mind. The sole reason this dealership & Eric specifically got my biz was no hard sales tactics - they TRULY just wanted to make sure I was satisfied & for a great deal. Different way to by a car My wife and I were in need of a late model SUV. We have a 2011 Ford Explorer Limited that we love but our daughter said she would like to have it for My wife and I were in need of a late model SUV. We have a 2011 Ford Explorer Limited that we love but our daughter said she would like to have it for the space (3 kids). So our search began and Camelback Ford had a 2018 Ford Edge with a moonroof (mandatory) and several other options. So I sent my wife and friend up to Phoenix to check it out, we live in Yuma. I didn’t go as I’m not a good traveler due to medical issues. She test drove it and liked it so we proceeded with the process to purchase. I wanted to be included so I asked my wife to FaceTime me so that I could see the documents, financing etc. it worked out well we are now the proud owners. Thanks to Eric it went smoothly. More
