They are rude, they are liars of the worst sort and they think if they tell exactly what you want to hear that later, when they hit you with a number that is 4K higher than your highest price, on a car that you weren't even going to buy, (we aren't stupid, we have done our research at this point), that you will be so enamored with it that you will follow along like a stoned child of the 60's. First off, why would you do this? Because you like them? And they listened to you so well? Because their price is higher than everyone else's? They didn't do anything that was asked of them. They didn't earn your trust or respect. They didn't listen to you and address your concerns. And, beyond the complete disrespect that they have demonstrated they managed to waste my time. A whole 6 hours, and I didn't even go into the dealership! My fault for falling for the same old car games of the 80's. I guess I just didn't believe that a Manager would lie to the extent that he did after yes Ma'aming me for an hour. So, don't call, don't stop. There are plenty of other vehicles in the valley. Don't let them waste your time. This was not a one time, one person, one salesperson experience. I even reached out to the "original" manager, Mike Kimbrell, Internet Sales Director. REALLY! well everyone reads his emails and responds to you. EXCEPT for him. He told me he would get right back to me. That was over 24 hours ago. Meantime, ANOTHER, "Manager" contacts me after reading said email, however, she knows nothing about previous conversations and hits me with a number that isn't even a possibility. Just trying to shuffle through their BS is a waste of time. Again, RUN, don't walk. The mentality at Camelback Hyundai seems to all be the same. This dealership will let the air out of your trades tires and give it back to you with 4 flat tires. An old car trick from the 80's! That's the kind of people they are. They believe in the old mentality, "Throw it against the wall, one of them will stick." Don't be one of the thousands they blow through to get the one that sticks. Your time and money are more valuable than that. More

Poor customer service 😱 0 stars 08/13/18: 4:30 - 6:30 pm. I won't trust Pedro again to schedule my ride back to the dealership without thoroughly going over all the details of addres 08/13/18: 4:30 - 6:30 pm. I won't trust Pedro again to schedule my ride back to the dealership without thoroughly going over all the details of address, time, DAY and pick up location. Be aware that even if it is written on the service agreement and discussed, there is no doubt that Pedro's attention to detail is deficient. Pedro is supposed to know how to schedule Lyft rides, right? Evidently not. Three rides requests later, a Lyft driver showed up after 20 minutes and apologized for driving around because she wasn't sure where to pick me up since the pinned pick up location didn't make sense to her. Pedro wanted me to walk to the corner to get the Lyft ride after I was standing for one hour and a half already. The walk was at least 75-100 yards away. 5-7 minutes later she arrived at the visitor parking lot. Another driver picked up the wrong passenger. No joke. Yet another driver never called in and I waited for 20 minutes...really? I have the screen shots of the Lyft requests and wait times as proof. 2 HOURS LATER...I arrived at the dealership. I've been to Chapman Hyundai and their sales/service is very poor, not knowledgeable and unorganized. I went to Camelback Hyundai and they provided me with outmost professional care. All employees there was great! I also see the good team work they represent when putting my paper work together. I had a wonderful experience with this dealership and I will come back and I will highly recommend! More
How do you shop for a car if you can't see inside? My husband and I just visited this dealership. We are looking for a Jeep and saw a Sahara on the lot we wanted to see. When we pulled in we were met b My husband and I just visited this dealership. We are looking for a Jeep and saw a Sahara on the lot we wanted to see. When we pulled in we were met by a young lady walking to our car. We told her we were interested in looking at the jeep. She followed us to it and made small talk. We asked to see inside. She said she would go get the keys and that someone named Carlos would help us as well. Came back out without the keys asking us a million questions including if we planned on buying the jeep. We hadn't even seen the inside of the jeep so we weren't sure. She then went back inside to "get the keys" and stood at a desk filling out the paper she had in hand. We stood there for a few more minutes and decided that it was time to go. She clearly did not want to show us the inside of the vehicle that we were interested in. We walked back to our vehicle, passed several salesmen and left. During that time she never looked up from her paperwork. More

Apparently from 1 dealership to the next they do not communicate nor is ANY info in systems. 2nd don't send a friend there. I've been waiting since 1st week in Feb for a $100 check. Good luck getting that, the sales rep. Is no longer returning calls, sales manager is on vacation for almost 3 weeks now. GM? Yeah right, his voicemail not set up, nor will he answer, and ALWAYS IN MEETINGS if you call. Try customer service or complaints, NOPE, they tell you to call the Gm. HORRIBLE SERVICE, GOOD LUCK! More

I bought a used 2016 with less than 50k miles on it less than 6 months ago and it's already required thousands of dollars in re DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! I bought a used 2016 with less than 50k miles on it less than 6 months ago and it's already required thousands of dollars in repairs. The heated/cooled seats don't work (and haven't since the day I bought it so they obviously sold it knowing this was an issue), that is a $600+ repair. The engine randomly stalls out (obviously incredibly dangerous) and no one can determine the cause. Additionally, the check engine light came on - that was another $500 repair. There is blue smoke coming from the exhaust - that's ANOTHER $750 repair. There was a rather large dent when I bought it that they told me they would fix. I never even got them to fix that. Plus they sold it to me at dark so I couldn't see all the scratches and broken seat belt holder. Please don't make the mistake I did which was trusting this dealership. Sold a faulty engine and poorly taken care of afyer. Careful dealing with this service department. They replaced my faulty engine after it passed the recall test and then died on the side of the freeway. Careful dealing with this service department. Their fabulous technicians then clamped my oil line while replacing the engine which then led to my turbo going out. Of course, they are now denying responsibility and refusing to cover that. Attempted to escalate it through Kia Corporate and that is a worthless cause. Lastly, the service manager also insinuated that their products really aren't built to last much longer than warranty goes. The poor service I have received has my family and friends ready to sell their current Kia and look for a more reliable car, thinking Toyata or Honda. *I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere, don't get a Kia.
