Our  team has looked into your comments and reviewed your file. It appears that over 10,000 miles were put on the vehicle and lack of proper maintenance is what caused the engine to fail. Our service department does not have records of routine maintenance being completed on this vehicle and any maintenance that was done on the vehicle was not completed correctly based on our technicians review. All warranties that cover an engine or transmission are dependent on a vehicle receiving all of the necessary maintenance. If the warranty was intact at the date of the claim, it would still not be covered due to vehicle negligence. Please contact Justin Settle if questions should arise.
