Not the worst sales experience, but not top notch either. I came in knowing what I wanted, I had already completed my research and visited a few dealerships prior. This one happened to lie to my face the leas I came in knowing what I wanted, I had already completed my research and visited a few dealerships prior. This one happened to lie to my face the least (I think) and was the most up front about pricing that I dealt with. However, I had to say no to the warranty at least 20 times before they finally gave up. My trade was way undervalued so even though the car seemed like a good deal, it probably was not so great. The worst part? My car was damaged, and I have been trying to get it fixed, it has manager approval but they will not call me, after promising three times to do so, to get it repaired. How can I refer business when this is the final bitter taste I am left with? More

After loosing that car in an accident I wa I bought a used Sonata from Camelback Hyundai last year. I was impressed with the dealership and the staff. After loosing that car in an accident I wanted another one. I had my mind set on another used one. The guys told me if I were to get a new Sonata I would qualify for a cash back rebate to help pay off my other loan. It was a creative solution to my situation and I got my first band new car ever! Very happy with how things turned out. More

They are lairs They had a car marked at $19,297 on the web. So we called to inform them we were coming to buy the vehicle and when we got there the price jumped to $ They had a car marked at $19,297 on the web. So we called to inform them we were coming to buy the vehicle and when we got there the price jumped to $27,363 before $1000 discount. It is still marked $19,297 on two or three websites. When we asked why the price increased the owner at the dealer told us "We can change price when we want" and they changed it an hour and half before we walked in. We even screen shot the price from the web and showed them. They still would not honor their own mistake. We even drove from another state with our kids to come get that vehicle. More
