Do your homework before stepping on this lot. Do your homework before you come to this dealership. They are one of those dealerships that advertise a low price to get you on the lot and then add thousands in overpriced options that they conveniently fail to mention. I went to this dealership to help my niece find a Kia Soul. The dealership advertises a new Kia Soul base for $13,388. I call and talk to a salesman, Steve, and he says to come on down and yes they have them in stock for the advertised price. We sit down to come up with a price including our trade-in. The $13,388 car has a final sticker price of about $22,000. The roughly $4000 in options include a spare tire, window tint, door edge guards and the good ol' paint protection. That is worth $4000? To me the whole option list should be worth about $350 -- for the tint and the spare tire (which Kia doesn't include as standard equipment). I asked the sales manager about the cost of the spare tire and he tells me that they paid $350 for the spare tire...that's their cost...$350 for a spare tire. Maybe they should check Amazon.com -- they have them for $152 ha, ha. We make an offer and they come back at us with an out-the-door price of $22,300 -- they're giving us an entire $100 for our trade in. Take away the tax, title, and license and they upped the price about $6752 from their advertised price on their website. We got up and walked out and told them not to contact us. Their advertised price includes a whole lotta "rebates" that you have to qualify for...guess what, nobody can qualify for all of them and then they add lots of overpriced worthless options like paint protection (which many dealers do, but they dismiss them when you come down to haggling over the final price). Wish I would've check Yelp or dealerrater.com before shopping...not very many good reviews on this dealership. Do your homework or they will eat an inexperienced car shopper alive. ******Update -- Went to Horne Kia. They had an ad for $4000 off all new Kia Souls...got the deal we were looking for -- $1300 for trade (Camelback offered $100) OTD for $15,600 with trade in. Much better than the $22,300 at Camelback. Imagine a dealership that had advertisements that actually have meaning and value...maybe Camelback Kia should try that???******** More

Dishonest!!!! Don't return calls!!! Purchased my car from them it wasnt what i wanted but was told to make all payments on time for 1 yr and i can come back and trade it for a new vehicle. I did that and went back. They lied!!! Had me sitting in there for 3hrs and said i need a cosigner and they didnt need good credit. I asked what are my chances on getting the car with a cosigner and they said 100%. So i got a cosigner. After another 45 minutes one of the sales managers come out and say "we are waiting to hear back from the bank, it may take a few hours so we will call you. They never called. I called every day for a week and noone called back.Did I mention they lie!! More

I should have walked out the door a number of times. Salespeople so full of BS it was incredible. Love the Soul, hated the experience. Was under time constraints, so stuck it out. More

After hours of pointless wasted time We finally came to a deal and at the last minute they changed it. We left. What a nightmare! If you want the stereotypical nightmare experience that every comedian jokes about then go. But if you have better things to do like a dentist appointment I suggest you look other places. More
manipulation at its finest they pulled me in saying they wanted to buy my car. Of course that was the first lie and manipulation to get me in. So of course I had to look at new they pulled me in saying they wanted to buy my car. Of course that was the first lie and manipulation to get me in. So of course I had to look at new cars. After six hours of no food hanging out in my pajamas and being delirious of course I signed for a new car that was double my now Car Payment and I didn't need. Came back 16 hours later to tell them this wasn't going to work. & I was treated with complete arrogance and as if I wasn't a highly educated human being. The bottom line is I was manipulated and then when I came back they made sure so I couldn't get my old car back as I sit here crying in front of the dealership in my new car that I don't want all I can say is unless you want to sit for 6 hours he lied to on every turn and not get what you want come here More
Worst Experience - Don't go to this dealership Worst experience. I worked with Scott Monteiro over email to buy a new car and we agreed on a price over email and phone. I went to the dealership and Worst experience. I worked with Scott Monteiro over email to buy a new car and we agreed on a price over email and phone. I went to the dealership and confirmed the price with Soctt more than few times before the test drive. They made us wait for 3 hours and finally they said price went up by $2,000 because of appearance package, window tint, protection coating and other misc.. things. In the mean time their finance department was fraudulently trying to run my credit report even though I told them I am paying cash. Don't waste your time by going to this dealership. Don't trust anything Scot Monterio says. If you still end up going after all the warnings double/triple check everything before you sign. One of the worst dealers in the valley. More

Luckily Andrew was our salesman and made vehicle shopping very enjoyable. My mom told him the payment she was looking for and he showed her what vehicles would work. She left in a vehicle that worked in her price with the features she wanted. We will definitely be back to see him! More
