Me and my wife need a larger SUV. I sent in a email and I received a call not even 2 minutes later from M.Johnson. He went over the inventory with me, he sounded like he had a few different choices. He had the least amount of pressure and was confident he could get me what I wanted for my trade. Came in MJ was had 3 SUVs pulled up claen and gased we drove two and ended up buying a 2010 Escalade. I would tell all my friends and family to go there and see MJ. I'll be buying my daughter a Kia Rio in a few weeks from him also. THANKS MJ!! More

Had worked with several dealers via email and phone as I am very busy and can't waste my days off in a dealership all day. I decided on a dealer close to my house and picked out a car and worked what I thou am very busy and can't waste my days off in a dealership all day. I decided on a dealer close to my house and picked out a car and worked what I thought an amazing deal. The deal felt rushed and the sales people seemed too smooth and talked way too fast. Right before going to finance I gave the car a one last walk around and noticed 2 small dents on the hood. After 3 hours I was upset and left without my new car. It was one of the last 2012 Optima's in town with the features I wanted. Reached out to several other dealers via email and right from the start I know Nick Mayer Kia was going to be different. I had the numbers from my failed sale from the dealer in Scottsdale and quickly Paolo said no problem and got to work. He didnt have the car on the lot but would transfer one in before I arrived. He promised it would be worth my drive from Gilbert. To sum it up I ended up getting a 2013 for a better deal than I was getting at the other dealer for a 2012 model year. No pressure on the the extras in the finance dept. Just to the point and I felt my time was appriciated. Paolo was very professional and went to work for me the second I emailed him and kept in contact all day on what was going on. After an hour and a half, I came out very happy with my 2013 Optima purchase! I'm not much of a review writer unless credit is deserved and Paolo you deserved this one my friend! Daniel G. More
