The sales person who helped me was Kelly. A family member was helping me buy the car and set some ground rules and all were followed unlike other dealerships who had other cars we were looking at. AFTER the sale. Two weeks later, call from the sales manager came in. He told me my deal was not approved by Kia and that I either needed to come sign new paperwork for an extra $50 a month or return my manager came in. I weighed my options, and after being humiliated I decided to just say screw it, I want to get this over with. I drove the 40 miles out of my way, went and signed new paperwork where the dufas of a finance manager highlighted for me. Mind you, this whole time, they owed me $4100 for my trade-in. One week later I called the sales manager asking why I had no received my check for my trade yet. He tells me, oh! you singed the contract on the wrong line. You need to come back in and sign it before we can move forward with your deal. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I signed right where that loser highlighted. So, in order to speed the process up a bit more, I drove ANOTHER 40 miles out of my way (80 miles round trip), to sign the "new contract" in the right place. One week later, I called again, asking where my money was. He was waiting on Kia to "fund my deal" before they cut my check and SWORE as soon as the funding went through, he would have someone hand deliver my check. Days go by, my niceness has worn off. I called back, and conveniently the deal went through and he said he would have a lot attendant call me in the morning to tell me he was on his way with my check in hand. 2pm the next day... no call. I called in asking for the two men I spoke with yesterday and conveniently, they are BOTH off. sweet. So I asked for their manager. He gets on the phone and says he has spoken with accounting and that my bank is refusing to release my title, and they can't cut me the check until they do. First, it was me. Then it was Kia. Now it's my bank. It's almost an entire month later and I still do not have my check. More

I was connected to Paolo through one of the online car sites. I had specific requirements that were not easy to find. I first tried another Kia dealer that is closer to my house and after about 15 minut sites. I had specific requirements that were not easy to find. I first tried another Kia dealer that is closer to my house and after about 15 minutes I was told that what I wanted could not be found. Period the end. When I spoke with Paolo he told me that my request was a challenge but he would look for what I wanted. 30 minutes later he told me that he couldn't find it in Arizona but would look out of state. The next morning he called to tell me he had found exactly what I wanted but because it was out of state the cost would be highter. He had also taken the initiative to find a car that was almost exactly what we wanted - paying attention to the 2 most important factors and ensuring that the car had those attributes. He explained that the car was at a sister dealership. I brought my trade in to be appriased and discuss the terms of the deal. Each step of the way, the commitments Paolo's made on the phone were honored. We had to go back to the sales manager to get a bit more on the trade but within 45 minutes we had a deal that I don't think anyone will beat. I hate buying cars but Paolo made this really easy.
