I BROUGHT MY VEHICLE IN BECAUSE MY AIR CONDITIONER WAS SHUTTING OFF. IT WOULDN'T STAY ON FOR MY TRAVEL BACK AND FORTH TO WORK FROM MESA,AZ TO PHOENIX,AZ. IT WOULD SHUT OFF 3 OR 4 TIMES WHEN GOING TO WORK. SHUTTING OFF. IT WOULDN'T STAY ON FOR MY TRAVEL BACK AND FORTH TO WORK FROM MESA,AZ TO PHOENIX,AZ. IT WOULD SHUT OFF 3 OR 4 TIMES WHEN GOING TO WORK. FINALLY IT START SHUTTING OFF 8 TIMES. THERE HAD BEEN A NEW COMPRESSOR PUT IN SO WE COULDN'T UNDERSTAND WHY THE AIR CONDITIONER WASN'T WORKING PROPERLY. I TOOK MY VEHICLE TO NICK MAYER HYUNDAI. GARY TIMMONS WAS MY SERVICE ADVISOR. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, CARING, PERSONABLE AND ALWAYS MADE ME SEEM LIKED HE CARED ABOUT PUTTING ME BACK ON THE HIGHWAY WITH A SAFE VEHICLE AND A WORKING AIR CONDITIONER. DURING THIS TIME THAT THE VEHICLE WAS IN WE ALSO DISCOVERED THAT MY BRAKES, CLUTCH AND FLY WHEEL , NEEDED TO BE REPLACED SO MY VEHICLE WOULD BE SAFE FOR MY COMMMUTE. GARY ALWAYS TRIED TO MAKE SURE THE SERICE FEES WERE REASONABLE. IF THEY COULDN'T GET MY VEHICLE BACK TO ME IN TIME, THEY ALWAYS MADE SURE I HAD A VEHICLE TO DRIVE SO THAT I WOULDN'T MISS WORK. THEY ALWAYS WASHED MY VEHICLE AND CLEANED IT UP INSIDE. THIS DEALERSHIP REALLY CARES ABOUT IT'S CUSTOMER'S AND ARE WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE HAPPY. More

I was so completely satistfied and confident in my purchase I sent the check from USAA Credit Union 2 days before I showed up, due to the excellent phone presentation!I came all the way from Tucson and it was worth the drive, when I got there everyone was so friendly and made it a quick and easy process for me! Richard Did everything he promised and then some! He was informative of the product and made me feel like a friend! After having a horrible experience at Camelback Ford (I will never go back there) I went down the street to Nick Mayer Hyundai. MJ took me straight to the car I was looking for. After going for a test drive I loved the car. MJ sat down with me and within minutes we had a deal and I was buying a car. I have never had such a good experience buying a car. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. I never felt pressured or even felt like I was being sold something. It appeared to me like everyone buying a car that day were having the same experience I was having. They are bringing integrity to a industry that lacks it and I appreciate that. I know when I am in the market for a new car again I will be coming back here and would suggest everyone go here before going anywhere else. They earned my business and my trust. Since buying the car Kelly has called me to check up on me and my purchase and made me feel like my business was appreciated. She has been such a pleasure to speak with and helped so much up to the day I got there. MJ could not have been better to work with. I was very pleased with my experiance of purchasing my Kia Sorento from the Nick Mayer dealership. The main reason for my pleasant experiance would be the internet manager Michael Bastos. I did my reserch and knew what I wanted and Mike delivered. He found the car I wanted and actually got me a better deal then I was expecting by coming in under the invoice quoted price I had from the internet. This lower price actually came with additional features not originally quoted. I found his assistance to be right on point and he focused on listening to what I wanted and that is why I bought my wife's new car with Mike and why I will be repeat customer when the time comes. I did not rate the quality of work because I interpreted that to be more of a repairs and service department function and that is not applicable in a new car purchase. If my experiance with that portion of the dealership is on par with the purchase of the vehicle then I will be very happy indeed. More
I have brought my Hyundai Tucson into nick Mayer a couple times(oil change, transmission flush and brakes) and every time Joe has made my car experience there awesome. The whole team is helpful but most contact I've had has been with Joe. He's very knowledgable and polite. My car has always been ready at the time promised and always in better condition. Joe always go over everything they have done to my car in detail and it's nice when they throw in a complementary car wash. I will continue going to nick Mayer and Joe for all my auto needs for sure and recommend them highly. More
