Oh, don't you worry, I had already called him before your message was sent. I don't know who's nepotism baby Adam Altvater is, but clearly, that is the only reason he has a job. He kept attempting to blame the customer for his lack of leadership and poor service. For example, he stated that "he was shown by the technician" that we were called. I asked what number he called and Adam began to backtrack saying he didn't know and all he could do was go off what he was told. I asked him to look at the computer and repeat the phone number that was in the system that the technician called. To no surprise to me, IT WAS MY PHONE NUMBER. I did not receive a call and posed the question to Adam, that if I was called, why wasn't a message left. **Spoiler alert, because there was no phone call** He again started making excuses that the technician was not in and he could only go off what he was told. Long story short, he blamed the customer and took ZERO RESPONSIBILITY. I kept pressuring him to give me the printout of services. After several hours and a reminder phone call from me, he finally sent the minimal paperwork. All that being said here is the real kicker, I scheduled a follow-up with a different dealership and gave them all the information I was provided. Ya know, Adam and your team wanted to order several replacement parts for supposedly broken parts and this other dealership didn't find anything like that. Something doesn't add up...almost like someone is trying to inflate their numbers and charge Hyundai for unnecessary services...Don't worry, I'll figure out who I need to contact to get to the bottom of that. I'll start with reaching out to Hyundai, then the BBB, and heck, why not, check out reporting to the FTC. Your business is a scam operation.
