Wrong!!!! Service guy say they have to set an appointment every 15 minutes. Really? Then why do that to your customers. If you can't serve your customers using your appointment schedule, then why have it. Just say first come first serve and be done with it. Wish I had a another Toyota dealer close to me home . Ok revised, it's funny how alittle compliment greases the wheels of service. Sad , but fact of life these days. Got me out in an hour so not bad at all. More
Above-and-beyond service from a Camelback Toyota employee I have always received great service from Camelback but one of their Parts Sales representative, Richard (Richie) Silba was exceptional. I was in need of a replacement part for my 2011 Rav4 which was extremely difficult to find. Richie made a number of calls to find this part already painted. When it was obvious that a 'finished' part was not available, Richie made all the arrangements to get the unfinished part painted. Richie even called me after the arrangements were made to confirm that all was done and to my satisfaction. It is so rare to see this kind of service nowadays but I think it is typical of Camelback Toyota. Thanks to them and to Richie! More
Camelback Toyota does not use genuine Toyota parts I was shocked to find this dealer does not install genuine Toyota parts and also uses third-party vendors (AZ Sun Tops in my case) to perform work. Buyer beware- when the parts, which are not covered by Toyota fail the dealership does not warranty or perform the repair. You are then left dealing with the third-party vendor yourself. Kim McKay was confrontational, bullying and very unethical when I asked to have my issue addressed and Ross Ehler will not accept my calls. I have to have my credit card company refund the purchase and I was advised by Toyota corporate, who alleges they have many complaints about Camelback Toyota, to have the repair performed by Right Toyota More

Our service guy Chris Mills took care of us right away to get us back on the road again. Our battery actually still had a warranty on it for another month, so Camelback Toyota replaced it completely with no charge to us, and to save us another visit I requested to go ahead and do the yellow service that would be coming up soon. Chris got it all taken care of and out in two hours without an appointment. Awesome, Thanks! More

Appreciate the integrity of this service department I have been using Camelback Toyota since 2003 with the purchase of my 1st Sequoia. I have owned three. I get a minimum of 9-10 oil changes a year. I have been using Camelback Toyota since 2003 with the purchase of my 1st Sequoia. I have owned three. I get a minimum of 9-10 oil changes a year. Sold my last Sequoia with 394,000 miles. Believing that I have had great vehicles, but the Service department has been a huge factor. They answer me honestly with no service sales pitch. I really appreciate that. The workmanship of the technicians has never failed me. I live 3 1/2 hours from this dealership but their attention to customer service has created a loyal customer. Customer service in the home building industry was my occupation and I truly believe we have the ability to create the best or worst customer. I feel very confident in recommending Camelback Toyota. Some of the great advisors I have had and used on a regular basis are Alfonso, Jon, Robert and Jose. Thanks More

Warrenty Recall notice and no one cares! I received a warranty recall from Toyota for my 2005 Tacoma rear suspension. I took my truck into Camelback Toyota on May 9, 2016 and my Service Advi I received a warranty recall from Toyota for my 2005 Tacoma rear suspension. I took my truck into Camelback Toyota on May 9, 2016 and my Service Advisor, David Marentes, informed me that they would have to replace the rear leaf springs and the replacement parts were ordered and would be there in 10 days. I called eleven days later, May 20, 2016 to check on the status of my service and left a message for my service advisor to call me and back. He never has!!!!! It has now been 30 days since my initial visit and I have made calls and left voice messages for the parts department and the manager as well as the service manager and NO ONE has returned my calls. All I want is to have the warranty work done but apparently no one cares! More
