He always takes the time to explain the service to you and is not “pushly” trying to up-sell something you don’t need. He gives you the factory recommendations, but also understands your concerns. I was once overcharged $10 from a computer mistake. They noted it on my record and I was credited the amount on my next service 4 months later. Very honest dealership! I have had vehicles serviced at other places in Spokane, and Camp has the best professional service people of them all. I needed to have a car serviced and the earliest I could get an appointment at anothe and Camp has the best professional service people of them all. I needed to have a car serviced and the earliest I could get an appointment at another dealership was two weeks away. I called Camp where my other vehicles are serviced and obtained an appointment in two days. I am really impressed with their service, professionalism, and courtesy. I am always treated with respect and kept informed on the status of the service taking place. From one who has gone to other dealerships, I would strongly recommend Camp to anyone who needs service on their vehicle/s. I had a minor problem when I bought the car and sent an email to both the salesman and the manager and neither one of them responded, I know the manager read it because I got a return receipt. The service department (a year ago) very nicely told me I was paranoid about what I perceived to be the problem (turned out I was correct). But I was told it’s under new management and I see a world of difference. More

This happens to be the worst dealership I have ever been to. Zedidiah Zilar is a worthless when trying to talk with him in person and he doesn't respond by phone, AT ALL!!!! This guy, what a joke! I asked him over the phone to take off the extras that raised my payment. he said ok look for it in your email and sign. I looked for 2 weeks, nothing. I went in and saw him personally and he pretended he didnt know what I was talking about. I am STILL waiting for this paper to get to my lender so that my payment will go to what it is supposed to be. I bought my car 2 months ago!!!!! These people are pathetic! They should be politicians.
